The instructor ensured that Aiyanna was clear on how to go about the cut. Aiyanna was meticulous and dedicated to cutting my hair correctly. I'm not one to give a bad review but I got to let it be known. I've had my hair styled about 5…read moretimes. Once I got a relaxer (perm) and she burned my entire neck. So I stop letting her perm my hair and would just go for a wash and style because she does do good enough work, could be better but it's ok work. She over charges for her work and have a very nasty attitude. I called to cancel an appointment about 8 hours before time and she was mad and trying to force me to come by telling me she had no openings for the following day I was trying to reschedule. Now mind you I've never canceled an appointment before. So then we come to an agreement an she goes to tell me that I need to cash app her a deposit, something I've never had to do before. I'm old school I don't do cash app. I told her I would meet her to pay her and she was too busy to meet me. Then had the audacity to tell me that if I didn't make the appointment she could no longer do my hair. Overall her work is ok but attitude and professionalism is very poor and needs a lot of working on. I wouldn't dare recommend her to anyone I know or didn't know. I hope this helps someone out because if your looking for a nice attitude along with professionalism this is not the place to go.

Had a really bad experience with them earlier this year so I was determined to never return…read more However, my mom insisted on trying this place again and again they horribly disappointed. We went in for pedicures and I was also going to get a full set and during the pedicure noticed they did not use the foot scraper to remove dead skin they made up a lie saying they could not use it. They can no longer use the razors due to stay regulations not the scraper. That's the only reason a lot of people go to the nail salon to get the dead skin removed. Then she barely did anything else as far as cleaning and massaging. Then after I looked at my feet and she had my nails lumpy and the paint looked horrible but yet wanted the full price for half done serviced. I paid but told them I wanted my feet painted correctly and did not want them touching my hands after that horrible mess of a job on my feet. If you're not going to remove the calluses or dead skin and it's no longer part of the services then you lower your prices. These places are empty half the time like this one was one yesterday but yet provide subpar services. After yesterday I will go where the service is quality and I know I'm getting what I pay for. They have become extremely lazy here but expect to go up in prices providing clients with low quality services. I left there with rough feet and paint still looked bad I had to go home and fix it myself.
