All of the students were very welcoming and seemed excited to do my services. I originally came in for a deep conditioning and wash and go but once I looked at ALL their services I also booked a facial! My wash n go came out beautifully! And I really like the products they used! The instructor was attentive but didn't really have to do anything because the student was very comfortable. My facial experience was just as good! It was a standard facial so non of the bells and whistles but it's honestly was great for just $25! I normally cut my own kid's hair, but I wanted a quick cut for both as we are visiting from out of town. BIG MISTAKE. And my kids sit very still for haircuts, so the horrible cuts were not due to them wiggling. The older lady cut my daughter's hair and made her bangs look like Lord Farquuad from Shrek. My son's fade is ridiculous, I do it better at home and I'm not a stylist. I fully believe this Great Clips hired people that barely passed cosmetology school! The older lady argued with me and said I was being charged for a haircut for my daughter. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Well she did was a bang trim, and clearly she did a horrible job at it. I was furious! I should have known what service I'd be getting by how empty the establishment was when I entered. The younger "stylist" was confused when I said "skin fade to finger length on top" for my son's hair. She asked if I wanted clippers used. Well DUH, how else will you do a fade. The whole overall experience was horrible. Do yourself favor and do not even go through the doors in this place.
