I am giving this business one star as I have had a very bad experience. The pricing on the website…read morestated it was $36/half hour lesson per week with a non-refundable registration fee. I visited the facility and met with Dr. Bob Lawrence and was very impressed. I decided to go ahead and move forward. I provided my $50 registration fee, which he required before sending over a full agreement. The next day I was sent a document that stated it was $36/ half hour lesson, but there were additional fees added with only one option of automatic payments that were not disclosed prior. After expressing my disappointment due to the hidden fees not listed on the website, Dr. Lawrence refused to refund me my $50 due to technicalities. He then provided me a document stating I could contact his lawyer for further communication. Be aware that this company does not disclose all information on costs prior to the required registration fee. I am highly displeased with the entire interaction with this company.
