I've only taken the hot mat pilates class so far because I wanted to give an intro pilates a go and I really do enjoy it. It's a small and unassuming studio, in a strip mall that looks like there's nothing in it, BUT this place has a lot to offer. Hot, warm, or non-heated classes are available here, designed for stretching, being kind to your body, easy flow, or a full on power flow class that will get you sweating in minutes. Honestly, I'm a fan of shavasana pose (because who doesn't like to relax?), so the power flow classes are great and really help me up my yoga practice. Bridget and the team are wonderful instructors. They each have their own style of teaching. They each are very caring in the way that take their time with teaching poses during the class, and with you as an individual if you need it. They have an online calendar and sign-up, which makes choosing a class easy too. I will add though that sometimes space is at a premium in the studio, and you have to be comfortable with getting close to your neighbor.
