It's a small and unassuming studio, in a strip mall that looks like there's nothing in it, BUT this place has a lot to offer. Hot, warm, or non-heated classes are available here, designed for stretching, being kind to your body, easy flow, or a full on power flow class that will get you sweating in minutes. Honestly, I'm a fan of shavasana pose (because who doesn't like to relax?), so the power flow classes are great and really help me up my yoga practice. Bridget and the team are wonderful instructors. They each have their own style of teaching. They each are very caring in the way that take their time with teaching poses during the class, and with you as an individual if you need it. They have an online calendar and sign-up, which makes choosing a class easy too. I will add though that sometimes space is at a premium in the studio, and you have to be comfortable with getting close to your neighbor. If you're looking to change your yoga game, check this place out.

The studio is very welcoming - from the desk staff to the yoga teachers. There are offerings of hot power yoga, yin, restorative - so something for everyone. I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a yoga studio. They have a great intro special for new students ($30 for 30 days).

Brian Magnarini taught our pilates class yesterday. Brian is an outstanding teacher, a stickler for proper form, and his instructions are very clear and his format is challenging with results. It's tucked away in a small plaza next to a spa on Beechmont, but there is plenty of parking out front. There are many rotating spinning teachers for this studio and they are all great, especially the owner of the studio, Tami. She is fantastic! She really cares about everyone that comes to the studio and that is sometimes hard to find. Also the studio is relatively inexpensive compared to most places. A monthly unlimited spinning membership is only $50! What a great deal! I can only speak to spinning, but I thoroughly enjoy the classes and they're a maximum of 10 people, which keeps it intimate. They're not fancy bikes, but they get the job done. Towels are provided if you need one (and you will!) You can clip into the bikes with SPD cleats if you have them, or use the cages with any type of tennis shoe.
