Really enjoyed my class here! Love the dark yoga room and the music was on point! Get ready to sweat, and feel refreshed afterwards.

I took the hot yoga flow with Zoe on a Saturday for the 8:30 class. This is the first time going and Zoe was excellent. I signed up ahead of time and you can either bring a mat or rent one. Zoe was super welcoming and we were ready for our class. The inside of the class was dark with nice mood lighting. Throughout the class they planned calm music but current things like hozier. The class was rejuvenating but definitely quick because it's a flow. I was struggling sometimes but was able to pick up the next pose. At the end you get a cold lavender towel and it was so refreshing. I would definitely take a class here again! read more

perhaps some of the worst costumer service I've ever encountered. suprised I was met with such a condescending, hostile passive aggressive attitude from a yoga teacher but here we are! I guess that's what happens when you don't practice what you preach. im sure many of the other people working their are lovely & wonderful people, but unfortunately "madeleine" is not one of them. she also has some offense BO. so maybe don't take her class if you don't want your nostrils to be penetrated with the scent musk ( I say as someone who 1. doesn't wear deodorant herself and 2. has never written a yelp review in her life) read more

You can't not have parking at either location and lock the door exactly when class starts. I got locked out at exactly 5pm for a 5pm class and had to pay a no-show fee, even though I was right there. This isn't a college class. We're adults, sh*t happens. There are just plenty of other studios that don't lock the door (and have parking) and realize that things happen. It just seems like Sage doesn't value your time and money as much as they value their own. If you can't have someone man the desk and watch belongings during class, maybe the customers aren't the problem. Not to mention that it's mildly humiliating to have staff watch you try to open the door and just staring. Then walking back to your car in front of a window of classmates. Just a really frustrating experience. read more

I love Sage Yoga! I've been to their Montgomery and OTR locations, and they have incredible instructors and classes. Easy for beginners, and I especially recommend the Gentle Yoga classes for anyone dealing with sports injuries or back issues. 10/10! read more

Received some pretty rude communication from management when asking for help with my mind-body account. I really enjoyed the yoga here but it was the strangest customer service experience ever. I was basically gas lit and told me experience wasn't what happened and then not invited back to the studio? My goal was just to get some help with my account so I could sign up for classes beforehand. Didn't seem very 'namaste' to me. read more

Sage Yoga is perfect for so many reasons. The quality of instruction, peaceful atmosphere And sense of community are at the top of the list. But it should also be mentioned, the lack of pretentiousness is what keeps me going back. It is truly a space for ALL bodies. Also, really great music! Can't recommend enough! read more

I wish you will never need to deal with the owner of the studio, because it could be a horrible experience! I signed up for a class supposed to be 95 degree but ended up going to a 104 degree room. I almost passed out so I left the room. I sat there for 5 mins and decided to leave the studio. I came back later and sincerely apologized to the instructor for leaving. However I got a message from the owner later that afternoon and stating I were putting everyone in danger in the morning. Which is super unnecessary, because I already apologized. I told my friend my experience, and she said she had a bad experience with the owner too. During a practice, the owner pulled her legs while she was doing headstand, which was super unprofessional. Then the owner apparently got super mad at my friend when she was talking about other yoga studios with her friends in the changing room. The owner yelled at her and decided to charge her fees for using the towel, sounds like a very salty person! Anyway, i do like the decor of the studios, and instructors are nice. I just wish they have better management! read more

There are not words to express Rooted, but I'll give it a go. As I searched for a new home to practice yoga after years of sports and injuries Rooted's presentation of community and inclusion on their website had me sold from the start. The nice thing is that walking through the doors I knew that second that it wasn't a sale pitch, but the real deal. The environment and the sense of pure caring and love for fellow humans that you feel walking through the door and during every single practice is like no other that I have ever experienced. I could go on forever about my personal experiences through classes, new friends, and new opportunities but you really need to see, experience and feel Rooted Yoga for yourself. read more

Instructor: super friendly, nice playlist Overall: Really welcoming studio with great vibes. Customer service is excellent. The practice wasn't super challenging and the flows weren't as tight as I'm use to in D.C. but overall would 100% recommend if you're in need of a yoga class in Northern Kentucky. I seriously love this place! Everyone is always so nice. I love the Sunday brewery classes they offer. Jess is seriously so warm in her teachings. New to yoga? No problem! They won't rush you! Beautiful space! Free tea is offered before and after each class in the cozy yoga lounge, where you can sit and chat for a bit after class. It's so relaxing it's hard to go back to work! They have a variety of classes which seems to cater practices of all levels. I'm just getting back into my own practice and have found the instructors to be so helpful in suggesting modifications and making adjustments. They keep the classes small so they can give each student attention. Make sure to sign up on their website to save your spot. Highly recommend this new studio! read more

I had been searching on Yelp for a yoga studio for a while. I have visited several in the area and fell in love with Rooted. You feel like you are a part of a community and build real friendships through yoga. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rooted Yoga and the owner Jessica who is fantastic and very open to all ideas. They have all various opportunities to do yoga all over town in a studio, a park, a bar, and even with goats. I love that they provide such opportunities to mix things up and practice with Rooted all over the community. This studio believes in empowering people and strives to practice their belief. The In my opinion, this is the best yoga studio in the entire Cincinnati area. I would highly encourage you to check it out! I believe the studio has changed its name to Sage Yoga, but nonetheless the experience here is fantastic. I've been here twice now and each yoga flow has felt so grounding and truly rooted in the history of yoga, not just a trendy workout. It's as much about the mind and soul as it is the body. If I could make it to the 7am morning flow classes more often, I would be so happy and at ease! It was a small class (me and one other person), but we got the full breadth experience of a full class and some special attention--the class felt so special, especially as we got to watch the sun rise during class. I would highly recommend coming here if you want a peaceful and grounding class, and to be challenged a bit. I wish they offered a wider variety of classes throughout the day/week, but I'm sure that boils down to instructor availability and reaching maximum attendance.
