I was fortunate enough to try the classes with their 8 classes for $99 deal. The bathrooms were clean, the facility was clean, and the staff was kind. Some people got codes to the door so they could enter for their classes, but I didn't get that luxury. The pricing for membership is decent (might be steep for others depending on your budget), but I wish they offered more medium/low income friendly options. Or at least extended the amount of classes you get access to. The scheduling is online which is great, but the availability was scarce for what I wanted to try. I'm recovering from an injury so the instructors were mindful and offered variations I could try instead that would've cause me pain. Still, I think gentle Pilates Reformer would've worked better for me and I didn't get to try that because it was only offered during the day and never after 5pm.

We go majority of the week and every week we are sore. The best part of coming here are the instructors. Every instructor is so skilled and passionate. It's great not having to come up with a workout plan to just show up and be challenged. Do not be frightened to go everyone is so welcoming and while there are some classes with timed stations majority is at your own pace and with a weight you can handle. You will do everything from running to rowing to trx to boxing to free weights to sled pushes to biking to resistance bands to jump rope to medicine balls and so much more.

I really enjoyed the "journey" feel to classes and time went very quickly. The heat was GREAT and I really appreciated the detox/sweating component. Dislikes? Again, the stiff, uppity, corporate feel of the studio. The only class I didn't like was the "level 2 yoga adventure" on Saturday. Should have been renamed "Beginner warm vinyasa", it was a joke.

For me to workout it has to be convenient and the location of Annex is perfect being downtown. They have 50 min noon classes for those who work downtown and want to take a class during lunch.
