All I needed was a simple cut and root touch up. Cut was good, but to root touch up was definitely not. I got home and looked closer in the mirror and noticed my forehead, ears, eyebrows, and scalp all had color stains! I spent the next 30min trying to remove stains from my skin! I rubbed a Qtip on my scalp and removed excess color. I had a feeling it would be bad because when rinsing my head, she barely touched my scalp. This cost me $160 PLUS tip!! Aside from the stained skin and excess color left on scalp, I still have gray hairs showing. Obviously this salon is an expensive lesson learned for me. A one and done. Next!

I finally selected her recommended color and proceeded with the process. When all was said and done, the color wasn't even close to the selected color. Wayyyy too light. She mentioned that she could add gloss to darken it (additional charge). I passed on it, paid my bill of almost $200 dollars (with tip) and left...not happy. The color that she used didn't even last two weeks before the gray came through. Will not return.
