I decided to try this place after hearing they did great tattoos from a few people. A friend of mine went with me. I ended up getting two tattoos, collar bone and ankle. She got nipple piercing and shoulder tattoo. The tattoo artist are friendly and helpful. My artist edited a picture we found down to what I wanted. They made us feel comfortable. Came here 3 months ago for a helix piercing (which is still healing.. kuku T_T). Unfortunately, I didn't know about the $10 special they offer, so I paid $25 for my piercing. Still a better price than most places (although your only option as far as I know is the standard bar), but do look into the $10 special if you can swing it. Alright, I'm not gonna lie, the place looks sketch af from outside, but it's not too bad once you go in! It's a little run down (only downside) but they give you your money's worth. They do $10 piercings on Tuesdays! & everything was sterile and the process was laid out really nicely by the lady. She made sure you were comfortable and was very nice. She makes sure you also understand aftercare for your piercing. I got my forward helix done here 2 weeks ago and it has started healing very nicely! my piercing went well and the lady that pierced me was great ! something that stood out to me about this shop, which gives it an advantage over others is after your service the artist gives you their personal information to reach out to them, if you have any questions about your piercing/ tattoo. the only issue i had is my wait time, the guy told me it would be about 30-40 minutes and it was about an hour and fifteen. another thing i didn't understand is after being called inside from waiting in my car, i still had to wait in the lobby for another 25 minutes. other than that, great place to get a piercing. read more

I would give this place a 5 normally but today I would give it a 1 due to the man that calls himself the manager. My sister is a long standing customer and I became one back in Jan 18" when I got my nose pierced. I along with a friend got piercings and after my service, I referred several others. They have specials on Tuesdays and Saturdays for piercings, you can't beat that! I called ahead and it was confirmed that walk-ins were welcome. I went to check in and checked in with a man with a purple jersey and baseball cap (ponytail). He tells me to go sit and fill out my paperwork, I decided to stand because I wanted to make it as quick as possible since my son was in the car. He says to me again you can sit down to fill out your paperwork, I responded that my son is in the car so I want to fill it out and go back to him since I thought it was going to be a short time. He says you have to sit down to fill your paperwork out; since his tone was so rude I asked how was I supposed to know that. He said "because I said it 3 times". I handed him back the paperwork and he says in a condescending tone "Have a nice day". I work in Customer Service and I would never speak to anyone like that. I called after leaving and the same man picked up, his etiquette when answering the phones was also poor. I asked to speak to Nate (I believe he's the owner) he said he's not here, I'm the manager, what do you want? I asked that Nate give me a call back (provided my name and number). This message is for the owner of the shop, this man that calls himself "your manager" does not conduct himself in a professional way. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if this is how he normally treats customers. I am writing this because I have no faith that he provided my name to the owner due to his demeanor. I believe that he needs some coaching in this aspect. If possible, I would like a callback or email. read more

This is the worst establishment ever. First off, the front desk guy was on the phone, with his child, teaching them numbers. I get being a parent and all but don't blatantly ignore the customers. Secondly, he was very rude "I'm the one who answered the phone so I'm not sure what you're talking about". Please explain to me how you're answering phones giving correct information while you're teaching your child numbers on FaceTime. In addition to that, he told us we needed to make an appointment, made an appointment, get there- the piercing person was on break. Come back when it's time, greeted rudely to then find out that the piercing person isn't doing nipples because they hurt themselves earlier in the day. Isn't that information we should've known ahead of time? They are ridiculous. Been before and had no problems but after that encounter, I'm ok. There's other businesses that need support. He also had on no mask and had the nerve to tell someone they couldn't wait in the lobby after them getting pierced because of covid, where's your mask idiot?! read more

Location has one of the most uncomfortable parking lots I've ever experienced and I'm from NY so that says a lot. Went in to simply change my nose jewelry (5 min thing), they told me I had to wait over 90 minutes. Front desk clerk (face tattoo, braids) was continuously condescending and sarcastic. My friends and I showed up around 1 and waited in line to get our piercings. Wasn't a long wait maybe about 20 min. We did the $10 per piercings (I got my doubles & triples so 4 piercings =$40). The lady who did it was super nice and supportive, even played a movie to distract us and gave clear instructions on the after care. Their customer service is horrible. We had to stand outside in 90 degrees weather to do a consultation the tattoo artist was dry as hell. I guess the building manger was dry and rude..Just wasn't friendly at all I rather pay full price else where for better service than come here for a special with horrible service . Won't be back! The front staff didn't seem that welcoming. Received a double helix piercing & two lobe piercings by Heather. She opened a new pack of needles in front of me, re-cleaned her area & assured everything was sterilized. She advised me to use witch hazel & anti-bacterial soap to clean it but based off some reviews I've opted to use warm salt water & so far everything is fine. Parking lot is extremely congested & you have to call to get inside the building. read more

I have been here multiple times for both tattoos and piercings but after the experience I had yesterday I will NOT be returning. I don't know if it's a failure in upbringing or if some people just genuinely hate their jobs, but the man working the desk is straight up rude. Like sir, you have one job...and it's not being done correctly. I called and asked to be let in the lobby as they keep the front doors locked. His response: "Uh, why would I do that?". I'm sorry, did you think you were at home? This is an establishment so I'm guessing you would open the door for customers. I tell him I'm there for a piercing and he says "come back in 30 minutes". Strike one. So I come back and I fill out all the paper work and after a few minutes he tells me they're not doing that piercing today. Like that's the ONLY piercing they're not doing. Strike two. So I explain to him that this is the second time I've called and been given the wrong information. His response: "Well I'm the only one answering the phones so i don't know who you talked to". Strike three because I don't know who I was talking to either! Surely it wasn't the man that was on the phone with his child the whole time we were trying to get serviced. And I have no doubt that he gave us the wrong info since he was teaching his baby the wrong numbers! Again, you have ONE job. My suggestion to this man is to find a job where he doesn't have to interact with people. I'm sure there's a preference box he can check on indeed or something. I am convinced that they don't have a clue as to what they're doing. I've had three piercings done here and the last one was the LAST one. I had my nostril done a few years ago. They had just moved into the current location. It was sketchy but I assumed they were moving in it would get better. I had my daith and surface tragus done in May 2018. From day one, they've been infected, bleeding and bleeding. The morning after the tragus, I discovered the ball had fallen off and I ended up going to kolo in little 5 points to have it properly installed (35.00). I had the nose redone last night by Zari (she did the tragus). While I was there last night, I asked her to look at the tragus because my friend said it looked infected. She said that it needed to be removed because my body was pushing it out. She removed it. She suggested that I come back and have it redone and she could go deeper (another waste of money). I decided last night that I was never going back. The place is filthy nasty and I'm sure breaking some state board requirements for cleaning. As nasty as the place is, they have the absolute nerve to be be in there watching movies. How about clean your place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They're unprofessional and inadequate. read more

This place is pretty run down and a bit disorganized. Parking is readily available once you've actually found the place (they recently added a red sign on the side that simply states 'tattoos'). Waiting room is a couple of saggy worn couches a couple feet away from a tattoo area so you hear the buzz of the gun the whole while waiting. There were plain canvasses and random art supplies(?) shoved behind the table I was getting pierced on and a dude making beats in the very next room. A little distracting and did nothing to evince professionalism. $10 piercing includes surgical steel jewelry. It will be basic and externally threaded but hey, it's a ten dollar piercing. My piercer, Heather, seemed a little green but got the job done well enough. I've gotten a few things poked and would probably not recommend this place to friends. read more

this is the place to go to get piercings. ive been to a dermatologist and other tattoo/piercing shops in atlanta, but the prices are just too good here! if you go on tuesday you get $10 "basic piercings" and $10 off other piercings (i recommend calling ahead to see prices of different piercings but overall, everything is WAY more affordable here than at other venues... i got three piercings on my ear and paid $40 (w/o tip) on their "special tuesdays"). i am such a picky person when it comes to body modifications, and the woman who helped me was so calming and kind about it! also, i didnt like one of the earrings i had put in my cartilage, and she happily changed out the earring. i hardly felt a thing! this place does get busy and it can be hard to find parking... me and my friend waited maybe 30 mins for a walk in but its worth it (we also had to park at a restaurant and walk about a fourth of a mile... not too bad!). i will say the art work on the walls is quite revealing, so it might not be the place to take kids. the jewelry selection is nice, too! i am not a big "industrial, steel earring" type (i prefer dainty jewelry on myself) and they have a great selection of dainty hoops and steel ball studs (i dont really know what they are called!). the location is a bit sketchy, too, but please dont let that turn you away! you have to call the front to let you into the building, but i believe it's for security purposes. overall, i highly recommend this studio for piercings. the staff is funny, and they all seem like they want you to be as comfortable as possible. experience was great and would highly recommend this establishment for piercings to everyone! read more

I gave one star because I had to. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever tried to deal with ever! First l booked an appointment with Donny through their site on Wednesday night only to get an email Thursday night 24 hours later saying I am booked and I can schedule you for another day..... no refund my money because I had to pay ALL of it up front not a deposit. Then I book an appointment with Corey for Sunday and pay again. Only to get an email saying I am not taking appointments on Father's Day and it takes 4-14 to refund your money. I would seem one would have the common sense to block of the times when you are not taking appointments instead of taking people money and holding it up. Clearly common sense is not common for Donny or Corey! I was only coming to them because someone recommended them but sometimes you have to go with what you know! Lesson learned! Waited 3 hours for the piercers not to show up! I went on Saturday afternoon and was there at 12 noon when they opened. We got there early for the $10 piercings (which is Tuesdays and Saturdays) and since the day before was Friday the 13th, the staff got out late and we waited 3 hours before we left! We waited from 12-3 waiting on piercers who were '10 minutes away' and 'on the way' at 12:30. The front desk guy was very straightforward and it was ridiculous that we waited, the 6 of us who needed piercings done, for as long as we did. It would have been good to know at 12:30 if we knew that the piercer wasn't going to show. I just hate how they said they were on their way when they clearly weren't. They knew that Friday the 13th deals were going to run them late, and they opened at noon the next day! read more
