He did not try to upsell or pressure my parents into getting a new roof, but rather the facts (repairs vs replacement). I did not experience anything like those reviews and I do recommend them. July 2020 I contacted Premier Chimney and Roofing to come sweep and inspect my chimney. I had learned about them in a local advertisement mailer. I read the good things about them in online reviews. I had a pleasant conversation with them in scheduling the appointment. The technician came out, swept, inspected, and showed me before and after pictures of his work. He showed all the cracks in my tiles and took the time to explain what my options were to fix it and the severe risks of continuing to use the fireplace. We scheduled to have Premier re-line and re-cap my chimney. They explained Heatshield, the product chosen to re-line it. During the winter, my wife noticed water coming down the chimney through our wood burning insert. Premier was dealing with a temporary COVID related shutdown and I had to use another company for the fix. Matthew, Premier's owner, wanted to see the job through; wanted to make it right. He didn't hesitate to review the work order and reimburse for the work his company would have come out to redo. That's good business.
