Derrick (Project Manager), who came out and inspected our roof informed us that we could get a repair, but we will have to redo our whole roof in -5 years. The other companies tried to scam us and stated we needed our roof redone ASAP. Derrick was honest, understanding, and upfront. The service from the initiate visit to the completion of the job was 100% customer satisfaction. Derrick took the time to explain everything to me and my parents. He did not try to upsell or pressure my parents into getting a new roof, but rather the facts (repairs vs replacement). Sent over the estimates (repair vs replacement) and had 3 levels of options to choose from. We ended up replacing our whole roof because it made more sense and the prices are very affordable. We ran into a slight hiccup on the day of, but Derrick stayed in communication at all times and answered each and every question we had. When it started raining in on me inside of the building, we put out the call for help. Many companies didn't even want to answer the call or deal with our situation. National Roofing was very professional, came out and surveyed our entire job and gave us estimates on what things would run. Since our building was divided into 3 separate sections, we even had the option to do all 3 repairs at once or staggered over time. When we decided we were ready, Steve was able to arrange for HVAC support for us to be able to get our AC units hoisted off the roofs in coordination with their teams. They descended upon us like the swarm of military unit attacking their target. We were able to have everything arranged and done on a Saturday so that it would have the least amount of impact on our business and our customers. All 3 sections of our flat roof were laid out and replaced, 2 AC units were hoisted and replaced, and various drains and skylights were trimmed around. We couldn't be happier. Even better--the rain stays outside now where it is supposed to stay. While I don't recommend building a flat roof for new construction, ;) for anyone that has it or anyone that is looking for professional roofing needs, I would highly recommend National Roofing.
