He made my experience so smooth and it felt like he wanted me to get the best fit even if he didn't make as much money. He stayed passed closing for me to test drive and find the right car. they were open and honest about the whole process. I WOULD RECOMMEND checking them out.

Beware - please read…read more 7/23/2026 I worked with Gabe to buy a car. Great guy. I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback that day. 7/31/2026 I noticed fluid where I park. I check out the vehicle and see that it is leaking from the transmission fill plug and pan. There was no washer present with the fill plug to create a tight seal once the car heats up. I take it into AWD Motors for the transmission fill plug to be worked on. 8/10/2026 I go pick up my car. 10 days later to do a service of 1.5 hours. 9/8/2026 Transmission fill plug leaking once again, but this time my car is flashing WARNING SIGNS AT at oil temp Transmission! Lane control disabled I talk to Ben their service manager and he says that he wasn't able to replicate the codes. Ben plugs in his OBD2 scanner and says that the codes I was seeing were old. Old as in 2 days ago old. My tire pressure light was on before this service and then was not present when I picked up the car. The light turned on after 15 minutes of driving. All AWD Motors did for this service was tighten my transmission plug. They also erased all the present codes using their OBD2 scanner. Hence why my tire pressure light wasn't on. 9/10/2026 I call AWD Motors to see if my car has been worked on and it was ready for pick up. All they did was tighten the bolt and not deal with the codes I presented them. 9/19/2026 codes flashing again. Plug tightened. 10/6/2026 I go back to talk to Alex their General Manager. It was towards the end of the day. I heard him say that he had to be there till 7pm anyways. I was there at 5:30pm. Alex tried to hand me off to Ben, but I wanted to discuss the matter with him since this was a transmission issue. I got nothing good from the conversation. I asked for my car to be appraised for a trade in. I never got that value. I asked about my options and Alex gave me none. 10/9/2026 Today... I called around 1:15pm on 10/9/2026 to discuss the current flashing lights in my car. Alex tells me that he cannot work with me as I filed a complaint with the BBB and hangs up phone. 1 hour later at 2:21 pm Alex texts me "Sorry we didn't get to talk more..." On the bottom of AWD Motors website they say this Inspected before sale -- reconditioned as needed, and independent pre-purchase inspections are always welcome. If my vehicle was inspected before sale would not AWD Motors Technicians notice the lack of washer on the transmission plug? Would not they see the metallic shavings within the fluid? AWD Motors put this car on their lot knowing that this car had transmission problems and AWD Motors still put this car for sale on their lot. I am now faced with the decision to repair all that is needed for my Subaru Outback. I was quoted for about $5,000. A pressure control solenoid circuit, a leaking transmission fluid pan, a broken sway bar and torn, a front cv axle needs replacing as well. Go to a legitimate Subaru dealership for a Subaru. Do not waste your time or money dealing with the people at AWD Motors. I should not have to call to find out when my car is done being serviced. I should be called. The mechanical problems speak for themselves.

My nephew was looking at a Mercury Mariner on Friday, August 21, and called me because he needed a…read morecosigner. The interaction started poorly; before even having my information or running a credit check, Shad began making critical, judgmental assumptions about my credit score and openly talking down about my nephew's credit. When I stopped him to question his tone, he immediately got defensive and claimed he "didn't mean to offend me." It wasn't about being offended--it was about a basic lack of customer respect. Things grew worse when I noted the vehicle was priced significantly higher than its actual market value. When I asked why it was priced so high, Shad completely ignored the question. Instead, he used aggressive, cliché car salesman tactics, claiming he had "another appointment later for the same car" and telling me the vehicle had been "getting a lot of attention" to force a high-pressure situation. Later, when I directly asked him if his behavior was standard for him, his reaction was completely unhinged. He threw a pen onto the counter and defensively snapped that none of his coworkers thought he was disrespectful and that he has plenty of positive reviews. When I asked if he thought throwing a pen and reacting emotionally was professional, he literally said "yes," and that he "wasn't just going to take it." An experienced professional accepts critical feedback with grace. Shad reacted with a volatile, emotional outburst. If I were buying a car for myself, I would have walked out immediately. I will never return to this dealership and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. I would never buy a vehicle from Shad or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Poor experience in overall service, communication and repairs…read more Service Manager was non-responsive when I brought the car back after paying $2k to fix the engine warning light. They had put in new fuel pump and fuel pump control module. The warning light came on repeatedly after I got it back (same day!. I brought it back and after looking at it again, they texted me it'd cost $2k to fix the same problem I reported the first time, this time by replacing the fan assembly. After I declined that repair (through the text # I'd been using with them), I couldn't get a response about getting my car back. This was 3:30 on a weekday. I called multiple numbers until someone finally told me my rep had to leave for a medical issue. When I went in to pick up the car, I told the dept service manager that I hoped the rep would be okay. He looked at me funny and told me he had a dental appt. So they made no arrangements to have any one cover his customers and answer their calls/texts and release their cars. This was the second time I brought a car there for repair and had to bring it back for another fix. Never again.

However, I am so pleased with my recent purchase. Jake and his team were very helpful with any concerns I had and even allowed me to bring it in free of charge for a couple minor fixes that we missed during the initial sale. What this experience has taught me is that just because something seems too good to be true, you have to trust your gut and remember that there are still honest and hard working people out there. I would definitely recommend Surefire Motors to anyone who needs a great car and an excellent price.
