Picture this: you step inside a life-sized holographic North Pole, wearing lightweight AR glasses, tossing virtual snowballs, collecting ornaments, helping Santa save Christmas, and discovering festive surprises along the way. It's part game, part holiday movie, and all-around magical. From their website: "Deck the Holograms is a family-friendly augmented reality adventure that transports you inside a life-sized holographic North Pole...an unforgettable shared experience for families, friends, and believers of all ages." Yup, it's exactly that -- and it totally lives up to the hype. We did the experience as a pair, and it was so much fun together. Plus, we got 3 hours of free arcade play included with our tickets for $34.99 per person, which honestly feels like a steal. We even spent a little time in the arcade before jumping into the AR adventure, which was a nice warm-up. The story itself was surprisingly thoughtful -- it made us reflect on being present in the moment during the holidays instead of getting lost in our phones. It's playful, immersive, and yes, totally enjoyable for 40+ year olds too. Plenty of parking, plenty of space to move around, and the whole experience is cozy and warm inside -- perfect for a chilly December night. We booked our tickets from the parking lot on the last Friday before Christmas and had no trouble snagging the 8pm time slot we wanted. Overall, it's a low-impact, warm, immersive, and joyful way to celebrate the season. If you're looking for something different, memorable, and just plain fun, do yourself a favor and check out Deck The Holograms -- you won't regret it!

We were very appreciative that the staff was able to accommodate our early arrival and facilitate an immediate start to our session, which was a significant bonus. We participated in the "Serial Killer" themed room. As this was the first escape room experience for everyone in our party, there was a natural element of apprehension following the initial briefing and room viewing. We found the experience to be unique, highly engaging, and thoroughly enjoyable. The service provided by the front desk gentleman (whose name we unfortunately missed) was exceptional. He was highly informative, provided clear instructions, and offered helpful recommendations for local dining options. The in-game elements were also excellent; clues were delivered effectively, the communication system was clear and easy to understand, and the props and puzzle design were exciting and well-executed. The single point of constructive feedback we offer relates to the background music level. We found the volume of the ambient music to be slightly excessive, which occasionally impeded verbal communication among our party members and, at times, made it challenging to clearly receive direction from the remote staff via the communication device. Despite this minor operational detail, we enthusiastically recommend this business and anticipate returning soon to try another themed room or the rage room.

Lanes were not cheap and are very limited because more than 75% of the lanes are being repaired. They were even working on them on a Saturday night which was a little distractive while trying to focus on getting your ball down the lane. The lanes were unique and that the pins odd strings on them and that's how the pins were reset. My least favorite thing about the bowling alley was that when the balls were returned, they came at a high speed and if your fingers were in the wrong place or you were trying to get a ball at that time, you could really injure your fingers getting them pinched between balls. I included a video of how quickly the ball sneaks up and how concerning this would be especially if a child was playing. During our game, we ordered food and non alcoholic drink drinks from the bar. This is a BYOB so you can bring whatever you want to drink and they do have some mixers that you can buy if you don't bring your own. The food didn't get great reviews. There was one bartender and unfortunately she wasn't there about 50% of the time. There were often periods of time no one was behind the bar for periods long enough that I had to return for my turn to bowl. The video games are expensive. I bought a $20 card and was shocked to see how quickly it ran through. I personally didn't opt for the glow mini mini golf but that did look fun. My favorite activity was the bumper cars. Be warned, some of them do fully invert! I feel like Dave and Busters at Franklin Mills provides a better bowling arcade interaction and has better food and bar services. This place really felt designed to cater to children rather than adults and children. I didn't have a bad time but I would probably not return to this location.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!
