The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and told me I could bring my car in that morning for a courtesy test drive. when I got there it was very short wait till one of their techs was test driving my Nissan. He was friendly and knowledgeable and when we got back and gave me his thoughts on what was occurring, I was able to make a same day appointment for the diagnostic test. everyone was friendly and they were polite and respectful. they even offer courtesy rides home. read more

Had my air struts removed and conventional struts installed by StrutDaddys and the car aligned. The strut conversion kit came from Stutmasters. My Mercedes E500 4matic was not the easiest of installations as it had the front wheels being driven with axles in the front which kind of get in the way. Matt made sure everything was 100% correct and the car drives great. I would recommend their attention to detail and concern for making sure everything is done like you would do it yourself if you knew how. They are easy to work with and very reasonable on the pricing. read more

My issue was pretty simple all things considered. I lost a key fob for my wife's Camry. Got a new one through Amazon but I struck out on getting it programmed.
