These guys are crooks trying to screw everyone over. I'm a car guy and regularly have to put on tires and get them fixed or patched. When I tried to get a patch for a nail they told me that my secondary rubber was too low. Itay have been 1/32 lower than brand new. Told me they won't patch the tire and I need to buy a new one. The tires in question are 4 months old and not abused or camber worn. They say it's "their policy" maybe that's why they have 1.5 stars on yelp because their only policy is to sell and replace, not repair tires. read more

I went in for a set of tires and told them twice to keep my old tires and I would pick them up later. When I went back (same day) to get tires, they informed me that they couldn't find them. How do you misplace 4 tires????!!!! How???!!! I will not be going back to this location & I'm still waiting to see what will be done about my old tires that I asked them to keep not once but twice!!!! My theory is that they sold them to someone else because SERIOUSLY ... HOW DO YOU LOSE 4 TIRES???!!! They get 2 stars because the guy Steve was nice on the phone. read more

Very friendly staff, very pleased with brake job that was also reasonably priced. I came in for an oil change one day and when I first arrived it was sunny but when it was time to leave it was pouring down rain. Without me even asking one of the technicians pulled my car to the back under the service area so I could get my baby back in the car without getting rained on. Very impressed. read more

I ALWAYS go to this Mr. Tire! Friendly, helpful staff. They do the job and do it right the first time. I've gone there for tires for my car and my wife's car. I get my car's state inspections done there, they do a thorough job and let you know of any work that might be needed or possibly needed in the future. Steve and Wayne there are always there to answer any and all questions. The place isalways clean and well kept, bathroom is always clean. They have a nice big waiting area with a TV and FREE wifi!! I've been going to Mr. Tire even BEFORE they were at 416 Madison. I will continue to go there, any time I need tires, brakes or oil changes I'll be at Mr. Tire! read more

Their labor rate and parts can exceed what a dealer service might cost. They will charge you $125 for what Parts Stores will tell you for free.They will Pad your bill anyway they can. We had a nail in our tire and needed a plug. Talked to the front desk, who stater he could have us taken care of within an hour. We had an appointment to be at. 15 minutes till, we were told it was going to take longer than expected due to company policy not allowing them to do a plug. In response to being late to our appointment, the front desk personnel said we would probably be waiting at the doctor anyways. They even charged us for removing the nail. I can't say I had the best experience, but partly a communication error. I understood I had made an appointment to have tires installed on a given day and in reality they are first-come, first serve. I purchased my $1,300 set of tires just before a long trip only to have to stop 500 miles down the road and have all 4 tires re-balanced to solve a miserable ride. All in all, the price was fair, balancing not so great, schedule not what I expected. read more
