His response "oh we out of that" so I'm pissed and said just put mobile in so i can go..the young man then says "oh u wanted to lucus in ur oil?" I say yes i told u that!!! He says "oh we don't have any of that either".. now i like WTF!!! I tell him just put my air filter in and finish up bro!!! He says "oh we don't have that air filter" i laughed my ass off... so he is done then it dawns on me how about the fuel filter i went and got and told u i had.. he says oh yeah... now I'm livid!!!! I got in office to pay say i can leave and then i see Brandon the manager.., i say Brandoni told u what i wanted and that i was 278miles away u said u had every but the fuel filter so i went and got it, i come here and u don't have my oil that i asked u for, my lucus that i asked u for nether do u even have the air filter that i asked u for... Brandon states and i quote""I THOUGHT WE DID"... i continue to raise a little hell and BRANDON SAYS TO ME ""LOOK BRO THIS WHAT GONNA HAPPEN U ARE GOING TO PAY IT BILL THEN LEAVE".. i did want troble so i did.. Spoke with district manager and was supposed to get a refund at least that what he said.. he makes me wait 4 weeks then emails me an say ur refund was denied... but we can offer u 25$ off ur next service.. I told him keep it and they don't have to contact me anymore... This place is unprofessional unapologetic and very smartassish about there mistakes.. Don't go to this loves speedco loves.... They suck!!!!! And will rip you off

I found this place because another driver was ranting about how good they took care of him so I figured around New years I would give them a shot. The service was Fast, especially compared to TA, and it didn't take too long for them to get me in the bay either, maybe close to an hour. I think they were finished with my PM a little over 1 hour no more than an hour and a half. I was talking to one of the managers and he told me they still have issues with inventory since before Covid, and I already knew that because my Boys and I race, so it take awfully long to gets part these days. They did not have my cabin filter but I was glad they checked it and I will try to get one later. All in all I give them 5 stars for being professional, quick, and they actually did a good damn job on the service! A lot of places have trouble with my Detroit starting up but I notice this store actually used the primer for my engine. We definitely are going to bring the Paccar in for a service. I'm not home a lot but I bookmarked this store as 1 of my favorites and I will definitely be back. Clean Lobby and bathroom too, hell it actually smelled good and didn't have a nasty bathroom or seating area which my wife hates!

My roadside assistance would not help because I did not have a spare tire, and did not need a tow. I called Little's and they went to Tractor Supply, picked up the tire I needed and came back and put it on the trailer. They were fast and definitely went the extra mile to help us out. Two other local companies refused the job because of having to go to Tractor Supply. This was a Sunday evening too! If it weren't for them, we would have had to wait for family to drive 2.5 hours to help. Thank you so much!

We would've had to be towed to Raleigh and stay the night there til we could get a tire otherwise. Keith picked up and after a quick back and forth let me know that he had a handful of used tires available that fit my car. After struggling to get the flat off my car for like an hour, we called him back to let him know we were heading over. He switched out the tire in like 15 minutes, charged us a beyond reasonable price, and we were on our way. Cannot thank the guy enough. Would've been in a real bind without him.

My car just didn't turn on while I was out and everything regarding that problem had recently all been changed! So I was stranded and panicked I called Chris he was super nice and helpful he came out and was able to diagnose the problem then got to work on it immediately! Not only did he save the day but he made it better so 100 out of 10 do I recommend!! He fixed my car and had me back on the road in no time and his prices are amazing!
