Many of the contractors coming to do work on my house had Verizon and ATT phones, using whichever one worked in the location they were working. The ATT phones seemed more reliable so I switched. About eight years later I tried T-Mobile as it was cheaper. But same problem as Verizon, I did not get a signal at my home so had to switch back to ATT. My suggestion, get a cheap pay-per-call phone for the provider you are interested in and see how it works. If it does not work in the area where you are most often, check out another. Do not commit until you know the service will work where you are going to be.
