I opted for the 60 min/cupping as I have never done it before so I was real excited. She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable. She kept those cups on while she worked on my legs and feet. She definitely hit some spots I didn't know I needed. Ultimately I walked outta there feeling great. One mistake I can already see is that the massage…read moretherapist didn't ask for any intake or if I had any allergies, medical conditions, what is the preference for pressure etc. I choose chair and feet massage then add 1 hour massage on the massage table (no deep tissue I just pointed on the menu the regular massage) When he started to massage me on the chair I immediately told him the pressure is too much. The masseuse wouldn't listen to me. He was very rough and jerky. I did not ask for deep tissue on the menu and I was getting heavy pressure with his fingers digging in my skin hard I couldn't relax at all even on the massage table I was in pain the whole time. At the end of the massage he asked if I wanted hot stones and I said no. He then proceeded to use hot stones anyways. I then told him it was too hot and he said don't worry it will cool down. I also ended up getting a bruise on my arm. This is what it looks like right after the session. Most of the movements were basic compression, lots of forearms (Lomi Lomi), kneading, and acupressure points. There wasn't any Swedish style massage technique far as I can tell and we had language barrier. Maybe I was just unlucky with the massage therapist but I'm not coming back. I am currently reading other reviews and I certainly did not receive the same treatment as others have. My foot never got soaked. I specifically asked for 30min chair and 30min feet massage combo then 1 hour massage on the table after. Never at any point asked for hot stones or deep tissue.

I have visited both alone and with my husband on numerous occasions, and we have always returned. The staff has consistently been kind and professional, and I have always appreciated the quality of service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:45 AM was not a positive experience. I called at 10:00 AM to schedule a 90-minute couples deep tissue massage with hot stones for my husband and me, as he was treating me for my birthday. I specifically requested a shared room so we could enjoy the experience together, as we have in the past without any issues. I was told by the receptionist that they had availability and that we were welcome to arrive within the hour. We arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. While my husband's massage went very well, I did not receive the deep tissue massage we paid for. About 30 minutes into my 90-minute session, I noticed there was no firm pressure being applied. The therapist primarily used very light lotion strokes and circular motions on my back and lower back. The pressure felt like applying lotion to the skin. While the sensation was not unpleasant, it did not reflect what I specifically booked and paid for as a deep tissue massage. At one point, tiger balm was offered, which I declined; however, the pressure consistent with a deep tissue massage never began. Aside from briefly standing on my back at the beginning of the session, the treatment remained extremely light throughout. At around the 30-minute mark, I asked if I could end the session early because I was extremely unhappy with the service. I was told by my husband's therapist that I would need to continue until the session reached one hour in order to be charged appropriately. I agreed because I felt I had no other option in the moment, and I also requested that the hot stones be removed from the charge since I was no longer willing to continue the full service as originally booked. I completed the 60-minute session, but I did so unwillingly and left extremely disappointed and emotionally upset, as this was a birthday gift experience that did not meet expectations and genuinely left me hurt. The business did offer a complimentary massage once they realized how unhappy I was, which I appreciated; however, I declined, as the purpose of my visit was to share the experience with my husband, and that opportunity had already been lost. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not to be harsh, but to clearly communicate the impact of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately in the future, especially when clients explicitly communicate that the service is not what was requested or expected.

The first time I came here over a year ago, the front desk guy wasn't friendly and it didn't start my massage in a relaxing headspace. Today, the front desk had two people there and after I was checked in, neither of them thought to tell me there's a lounge that I can sit in while I wait. I'm very obviously nine months pregnant and it's hard to walk down the block at this point. After you check in, you're in this tight spaced gift shop area with no seating and I wasn't sure what to do until I saw a guy in a walker make his way through a room that said lounge across the top. After my massage was done today, I was back in that little gift shop area waiting to check out and pay for my massage. The lady checking out before me took a while so I was just standing there, exhausted with nowhere to sit. I very clearly remember giving the gift card number I was given when I reserved the appointment online, so it was also annoying that when I finally got up to pay, they dint have any of this information. These seems like small things, but they all add up to me having to put in more effort when I'm paying to set time aside to relax.
