The project manager Mike and the decking crew led by Lupe that rebuilt and extended our deck did a great job. They need to improve the communication between the sales side and the project manager. I would suggest a meeting with the construction manager, project manager and the home owner to make sure all are the same page right up front. The project was done in a week, including the Saturday before Memorial Day to make our deck usable. I would recommend them for a new or rebuilt deck.

Whether it was a simple one-room refinish, a multi-room relay, leveling and installing over concrete, or lacing in 40+ boards when a wall was eliminated here or there, the work was always done efficiently and with beautiful results. Most recently they did a multi-room finish on a property; started sanding before the ink was dry on the closing papers. One solid day later the floor had been sanded, patched, filled, and had two coats of poly on it. A third coat on the subsequent day and a few days to dry and this floor was ready to be walked on! We have enjoyed it daily ever since. I can't say enough good things about Jerry and his crew. Always responsive, always with good ideas, and very professional and well-mannered. I'd turn them loose at my Grandma's house and not worry about a thing. You should too.

I went back to the store to check on the color, thinking maybe there was an issue with the lot I received. there wasn't. Tracy made some suggestions and was so willing to help. We pulled up the flooring, replaced and carpeted another area -- all in, I was shocked how little extra it cost to redo the flooring completely! We will reuse the original flooring elsewhere to boot! it looks gorgeous! We had a slight issue with the cuts from the drain tile, and the next day, it was fixed. Treated well, priced well, easy to work with and their referrals to the other pros were spot on. I am looking forward to the next bathroom!!
