I must say this is a gorgeous track with top notch facilities. The course if tough but fair. The greens are absolute perfection. Fairways are manicured. I think having mandatory caddies really help with the upkeep. Our group's caddies were Keith and Eric. Each caddy manages 2 bags. I suppose you can get a caddy for yourself, but I haven't played in months. This was just a chance to hangout with friends that I haven't seen so my game was below average. We played from the middle tees which is 6,156 yards with a 71.0/138 rating/slope. Pretty respectable for member's tees! After the round we enjoyed a nice Riesling wine accompanied with cheese and various small bites. I recommend sitting outdoor so you can take in the spectacular view. Their locker room is top notch complete with showers, steam room, toiletries and friendly staff to clean your shoes. Working with this team made a challenging time feel a bit easier and allowed us to really celebrate our loved one. We started with a website inquiry and were able to take a tour shortly after. The event space has lots of windows that look over the golf course. They provide tables, chairs, linens, outdoor space, a lovely built in bar, memorial table, and a water, tea, and lemonade beverage station. We hosted a group of around 100 and fit very comfortably. They were able to set up a stage with podium and microphone. They also had 2 tvs that we were able to display a slideshow on. Prior to the event we were able to set up a food tasting and loved every dish we tried. During the event we received endless compliments of how lovely the space, food, and staff were. We would highly recommend the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club for any event.

He also gave me drills to do at home that would help build muscle memory for the new things I had learned. I've been out in the backyard practicing the drills and can feel it getting easier already. I'm so happy I finally went and got a lesson. There is a large parking lot and the parking is free. They also have bathrooms that are well kept. Whatever trail you decide you will have picturesque views of the Sonoma Coast. This is a small secluded beach with a pretty steep stairway down to the beach from the parking lot…read more It's a good bit of cardio climbing up and down. The parking lot has lots of spaces and it's free. The restroom is well maintained, port a potty style, no running water. Once on the beach it's a smaller area, easy walk to the water and the rocks at the end. There's a small tide pool area too. A nice relaxing beach with not many people, so can enjoy it almost to yourself. There are also many trails off the parking lot. I walked the Kortum Trail - it's a beautiful trail with stretches of wooden paths, sprawling greenery with mountains to on side and the, coast along the other. This trail leads to goat rock. It's a pretty steep incline towards the end but worth the views when you reach the top. It's a 2.3 mile round trip hike. I wish I had read a little history before I went on the hike, I later learned the large rocks you can see from the trail are named "Mammoth Rocks" it's believed the Mammoths rubbed against the rocks and created smooth polished patches 10-14 ft high. Probably end of ice age 10 to 14 thousand years ago. Great area, beautiful state beach and lots of hiking with breathtaking views of the coast.

Its not benefiting them in anyway and a lot of attention gets put on them leaving the rest standing(swimming) around alone. Implement a plan where someone can retake the first week of classes instead of allowing then to go on to week 2 when they're still struggling with week 1 assignments. Just be aware of this if you decide to sign up for any of their courses.

Jim has been building my clubs for about 15 years now, he is hands down the best club builder in our area! Amazing work everytime. Skip the big box stores and support a local staple. You definitely don't need to spend thousands of dollars for great quality equipment. And if you happen to find yourself with a broken stick he'll fix it good as new. The gentlemen took his time with me. We fitted my irons, complete with wedges in less than 1 hour. Amazing. Broke 80 for the first time Coyote Creek Champions course. Thank you Strongs. Oh and did I mention he custom fit my ping I 20 irons without needing to send them off the manufacturer. Saved a ton of time and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. The practice range has been brought modern with computerized golf tracking machines that you can use to work on each club use or you can play distant courses virtually while actually striking the ball. There are even hosted events for the practice range. The prices are good and the events and instruction classes fill up fast. Don't miss out on this gem. I even went back for another 9 a few days later to get in some work. The course has some challenging holes. I think there are only two holes where you aren't dealing with elevation. Staff was very helpful, nice. Also something you don't see much anymore. Before they send you down to the first tee, there is a box with scorecards and pencils...but also plastic ball markers, a divot tool and tees. The round with cart was pretty reasonable and pretty quick if you go early enough. Good job HGC!

His method isn't rigid and doesn't command you to conform to a one-size-fits-all golf swing. He truly works with you where you're at and builds upon your swing from there. After five lessons, I've consistently taken 15-20 strokes off of my game. I may still be shooting in the low 90's and have quite a ways to go, but that's a far cry from taking numerous "snowmen" on par 4's and scoring in the 110's. Do yourself a favor and sign up for some private lessons with Dave and fall even more in love with the wonderful game of golf.
