During my recent move, one bench came apart at the seams while being lifted - I personally watched it happen. I have all the pieces, so I called the company to ask if they could reassemble it. They refused, saying the warranty is void because they didn't move the bench. So apparently, I was supposed to hire Closets By Design to transport my furniture between homes for the warranty to count. That's absolutely unreasonable and feels like a loophole to avoid standing behind their product. For the price I paid, I expected better. Great product, extremely disappointing service. Now you know the rest of the story.

My husband has been wanting to get us a generator for a little while now and we found one that was normally over $1,000 for $500. We also didn't need to pay tax on it. The employees even helped bring it out to the car and loaded in. My husband is very happy that he got a great deal on the generator. If you're thinking of upgrading some of your appliances, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It seems like the inventory changes depending on what they get on the box truck so you can find some really great deals.

They get overstock items and "dented" or returned appliances so if you don't mind minor damage you can get quite a deal. Other than appliances, they had a small selection of random items from storage containers to shower heads to de-humidifiers to extension cords (which this is where we give the four stars- some of the prices of those items were quite high and not really a deal). I can imagine the stock overturns frequently so it would be fun to pop in often if I was a local!
