PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!…read more This was honestly the worst experience I ever had. They had my car for 3 weeks and I still had the same issue. My car was shaking and I needed my fuel pump fixed. My gas gauge wasn't reading correctly and my car would vibrate at a stop or red light. I brought my car to Tuffy because it broke down 1 mile from them. John was the main person working on my car. I was told it would be $600 to fix those issues. I proceeded to get a loan to help pay for this. Long story short. I paid got my car back and it broke down on me again. Had to get it towed back and fixed. Only for him to now say he needs another $485 to fix the spark plugs. That will fix my problem. After getting my car back it was still shaking and the fuel pump gauge still wasn't working. So I brought my car back to get fixed. Because at this point I've already spent $1100. I can't go anywhere else. He keeps it for maybe 4/5 more days "fixing it". On that last day I call I'm and ask what's going on with my car. He says he doesn't know what to do with it take it to the dodge dealership. So after 3 weeks of not having my car and $1100 later. He only offered me $300 for a refund. Come to find out I took it to dodge and they told me EVERYTHING they did was wrong. I didn't need spark plugs, it was my O2 sensors. Also the fuel pump they put in was wrong and I needed to buy a new part. Moral of the story.... DONT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING SEROUS! Only come for the smallest of issues. Like air in your tire. I feel so played and taken advantage of. I tried to talk to Tuffy Corporate to get out of having to pay all of that money for no reason. Nothing worked. I'm stuck paying $1100 for no reason!
