Huge talent in the teachers and very well run by the owners. I talked to the owner when my daughter was feeling scared of the dancing in the recital and she was so understanding and right on top of it to make sure my kid got some extra encouragement. Management is on top of every detail and in dance there are a LOT of details. The studio puts its efforts into serving the kids in an "everyone is welcome" kind of way. At the end of the year the kids feel SO proud of themselves. You just know that the year end show has affected them in a positive and life long way. I could not rave more.

There is nowhere to hide in a crowd, like some studios, so you are guaranteed to get the instruction (and results) that you came for. I had the privilege of one-to-one training as well as training with a local group of triathletes. While that workout caught my attention, I also noticed that my right hip (that I had injured in a motorcycle accident) stopped clicking and my lower back stiffness took a holiday. A really pumping community cardio workout!…read more I took a 7:15am morning class and it was amazing The staff were so great helping me set up: - find the locker, - get the right size cycling shoes, - find the bike, and - setting the height of the bike I got a welcome notecard at my bike and the even had a sign at the front desk to welcome me. It was such a nice gesture! I haven't been to a spin class in a few years so it was quite fun to get back into it During the 50min spin class, the room was dark and the music was just pumpin (some riders may need ear plugs) There were some older and newer songs, we also used some 2 pound weights to work the arms and shoulders, some stretching at the end Overall, it was a great workout - Instructor gave clear instructions - Bikes were comfortable They even made fresh brewed coffee, but the class was enough to wake me up Some other nice extras they offer here at Spin Co - Shower stall - towel at the bike - lockers - water filling station (bring your own bottle) There's free parking located at Madison Centre with the Spin Co store front facing Lougheed Hwy Can't wait to go back
