Dr. Mason is amazing! He really listens to you and develops a plan with you. His flexible scheduling makes getting an appointment easy!

Dr Mason is my current chiropractor. He is about a mile from my house and has been "adjusting" me for about a few months now. As I do a lot of high intensity stuff (MMA, sprinting) my body requires the necessary upkeep. He truly believes in working around any injury you might have (I had glute issues along with a rib injury). He won't tell you to stop your beloved hobby but rather make adjustments to promote quicker healing. He will also recommend a very specific program tailored for you. I will continue with him as my body does respond positively to his sessions. He is also very affordable (his pricing is very reasonable). Thank you Dr Mason! read more

Dr. Mason at Strive Chiropractic is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, he puts you at ease with his calm, welcoming demeanor and great customer service. Both my daughter and I saw him for very different issues--she had hip pain and a pulled shoulder muscle, while I was dealing with persistent plantar fasciitis--and we both walked away feeling not only heard, but genuinely cared for. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and takes the time to walk you through what's going on inside that intricate body of ours, explaining everything in a way that makes sense depending on who he's talking to (adult or teen--he switches gears seamlessly). His ability to listen actively and tailor your treatment based on your input and pain threshold makes the experience feel collaborative and safe. What really stood out was how he eases you into treatment and customizes every adjustment. And let's talk about those neck adjustments--wow. It's like a reset button for your whole being! You walk out feeling aligned, lighter, and somehow more alive. Another fun touch? Dr. Mason models the exercises he gives you as homework with flair--and usually while wearing his signature artsy socks. It's a quirky, memorable detail that adds to the relaxed, approachable vibe of his care. I am highly recommending Dr. Mason for anyone looking for thoughtful, effective chiropractic care. My daughter and I are both so grateful for his services and that he was referred to us. read more

The office was quiet and organized which helped ease some of my nerves when I came in. The front staff seemed to handle check in well and moved through the paperwork without too much delay. After a short wait, I was taken back to the room where the assistant asked a few basic questions and checked on the reason for my visit. The doctor came in not too long after and greeted me in a way that felt respectful and not rushed. I felt comfortable talking about what had been bothering me. They listened and asked follow up questions that showed they were actually paying attention and not just going through the motions. The explanations were clear and didn't feel like I was being talked down to. What stood out was how the doctor made sure I understood the options moving forward without forcing anything. Overall, the visit was professional and helpful, and while I wouldn't say it was the most amazing experience, I left feeling heard and confident in the care I received. read more

Dr Mason is awesome! I woke up this morning with an intense sharp pain in my hip that went up to my neck. I needed an emergency adjustment and Dr Mason saved the day! I currently have a chiropractor I work with and he was not available today due to being on vacation this week. Dr Mason is very professional, personable, friendly and a great listener. I appreciate his chiropractic philosophy, his gentle approach and ability to meet me where I was with my pain without over working my issues or causing more pain. Dr Mason is very knowledgeable and made some seamless and smooth, non-painful adjustments that I have never experienced. I recommend Dr Mason for any first-timers or seasoned people who are looking to try a new treatment approach. One last thing, I really appreciated that he works holistically and he never tried to persuade me to try anything or force a movement or an adjustment that did not feel right or painful. He learned about my medical history and what my current wellness goal are. He was very supportive of my current limits and that I have a chiropractor I've been seeing and what methodology and treatments I've been receiving. Dr Mason positively complimented & enhanced my healing process with today's treatment. I plan on returning to see Dr Mason as part of my overall wellness goals as I feel I can learn new things to support my wellness. Thanks Dr Mason!! read more

My husband and I have been coming to Mason since August! The first time I came to him was because I was in so much pain on my neck. And he ended up seeing me last minute & I was very grateful! And same today as a matter of fact, I had to go in for the second time this week but this second time it was last minute because my neck desperately needed some adjusting along with my lower back. I appreciate how he gives illustrations and teaches why a certain place hurts and gives great home exercises to do at home that truly help! We continue to see him once a week and are always looking forward to our appointments with him! This review was long over due, thank you Mason!! See you at our next appointment ! read more

Doctor Mason is amazing! I went in with chronic back pain and I thought I was going to be immobile for weeks. He assessed me, created a plan for me and then just with one appointment after adjustments I was feeling so much better. I continued to going for 5 weeks and I feel like I am brand new. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. The exercises he assigned me were very helpful and they're adjusted dependent on what your body is capable. I highly recommend him! He doesn't take insurance but is affordable. read more

I have gone to a handful of Chiro's over the years and most where the kind where you go in, get like a less then 5 minute adjustment and your on your way. Dr. Mason of Strive has truly set the bar for what Chiro is and should be, not only does he listen to my vocal concerns but he's also so quick to identify bad posture, and irregularities also known as problem areas and once his adjustment is complete, my favorite part is the active homework he gives to truly correct pain spots. He's a go to for any friends and family in the south bay and the Best Chiropractor in California to my knowledge. In a nutshell, do yourself a favor and get on his books, your body, and loved ones will appreciate you in future everyday participation of anything that your back or body may have kept you from due to pain. read more

I have been going to Dr. Mason for over a year now even before he opened up Strive. His facilities are clean and he is very caring of your body's health. Dr. Mason took care of me and got be right back to normal. Thanks for providing great care. read more

Dr. Mason is a miracle worker and that is not an exaggeration. My daughter had hip surgery over 4 years ago and scar tissue had built up during that time. it was obvious that the scar tissue was affecting her performance on the soccer field. Dr. Mason came up with a plan and after following his recommendations, his treatment has transformed my daughter into a new girl. Its as if she never had surgery. His holistic approach to repairing the area was beyond impressive. It's an understatement to say we are happy with his service. We highly recommend any athlete or individual to meet with Dr. Mason if they are experiencing any pain due to an injury. read more

COME HERE!! I have been receiving chiropractic care for almost 10 years with multiple different providers. Dr. Morris is the best chiropractor I have seen, hands down. He does thorough examinations and explains his treatment. He does follow up exams as treatment continues to track progress. He does wonderful adjustments and muscle work, as well as provides at home stretches. He has great payment plans and is very personable. I am so sad to be leaving his care when I move this week! read more

Quick review: Dr. Mason is, hands down, holistically the most thorough, best bedside manner, chiropractor I've seen. Longer story: About 10 years ago I started seeing chiropractors regularly after a waterskiing/whiplash (but the duck lived!) crash. Since then I've seen exactly five chiropractors. Most had a speciality, and as the saying goes, "...if you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail." All the previous chiropractors were good, but I plateaued after awhile as their "speciality" actually limited their ability to give thorough care. Dr. Mason is the only chiropractor who did a complete joint/mobility/flexibility exam before treatment. I know you don't know me, but if we were friends, and you told me about your aches and pains, I'd tell you to go talk with Dr. Mason. read more

I've been going to Dr. Mason at Strive Chiropractic for a couple of years now. He always greets me with a big smile and is so friendly and nice. He treats the whole body, not just the back. He's helped me so much with my carpal tunnel syndrome and his treatments have kept me from having to have surgery. If you go see Dr. Mason, you won't be disappointed. read more

Mason is stellar; if you need injury rehabilitation contact him ASAP. I sprained my CT capsule and Mason got me in for an appointment on a Sat--same day. He was able to immediately reduce the pain and loosen the surrounding muscles so I could stand normally and begin to function again. He also adjusted my neck since it was out of alignment due to the sprain. Anyone with sports/MMA related injuries--working with Mason is a no-brainer. Do it and get back to training! read more

Dr. Mason is absolutely amazing and has helped me get movement back and get pain free after YEARS of pain and being afraid to workout or even move. I'd had a few bad, and weird, experiences with different chiropractors and was hesitant to try another but figured it wouldn't hurt to go for a consult and meet Dr. Mason and it was the best decision I've made in years. I'm happy to report I have made amazing progress and we've been able to reduce treatments and continue to assess based on need and my progress! He won't just steal your money and tell you to come in 80 times to make a buck, he's there to help. Treatments are specific to what your body needs and Dr. Mason explains the why and how of everything that's being done so you walk out feeling better and knowing more as well. For me, I get some homework (stretches and movement) to work on between appointments then at each appointment we debrief and make any necessary adjustment. Dr. Mason is also always accessible between appointments if a question or concern pops up and he encourages you to reach out in the moment rather than wait so he can help right away! COVID - the building and treatment rooms are safe and comfortable, everything is wiped down and cleaned and Dr. Mason wears his mask and follows all protocols. I've felt safe and comfortable every second there. read more

Dr. Mason at STRIVE Chiropractic is the best! He is very thorough, communicates clearly, is dependable and trustworthy. As a woman who is not always comfortable with male doctors, these qualities were very important to me. I had a debilitating back spasm that required time off from work. I could not perform everyday simple functions and felt like I was never going to get better. Prescription drugs only masked the severe pain that was ongoing with my back. I went to see Dr. Mason and in addition to treatment, he gave me exercises, physical therapy during our sessions and followed up with emails to make sure I was doing okay. The overall environment of PrimeTime is very warm and welcoming so the location is perfect. It is located in the back of an existing karate studio. The hours are limited but Dr. Mason is very accommodating. I have already referred a few people to STRIVE. I would recommend it to anyone. read more

Dr. Mason is one of the best chiropractors I've ever had. I am a former professional ballet dancer and have had many issues due to the wear and tear I placed on my body for several years. He creates a plan with you and not only makes adjustments, but he also gives you "homework" to complete at home. (Exercises and stretching). I appreciate the time and care he always provides. I often have felt that other chiropractors are just "snap and crack" doctors who just want to get you in and out of their place in order to make a quick buck. Dr. Mason isn't that. He takes the time to get to know you and what is going on with your body so that he can accurately diagnose and take care of you. read more

I got a sport injury a few years ago. I went through many physical therapy sessions but nothing seems to help until I found Strive on Yelp. All the stresses and tensions add up to the pain I already have. Especially when I have to sit in front of the computer most of time. Dr. Mason knows exactly what I'm talking about. He's able to give me the right treatments, and the right exercises. Not only I can work on my daily activities without any pain and I'm also getting stronger. read more

Dr. Mason is amazing and I recommend him to everyone! My siblings started seeing him and agree! I had hip, glute, and low back pain for over a year and then added tailbone pain for over 6 months - all from a deadlifting injury followed by falling off a horse. I tried numerous chiropractors and even expensive out of network physical therapists. Nothing helped. Determined to not live in misery, I came across STRIVE and don't know how I missed it before since he's in my area! Dr. Mason is fantastic. He does a thorough evaluation. He listens. He doesn't just "crack and go" but does soft tissue work and a traction table. And suggests exercises. And the exercises work! I love that he doesn't give 50 exercises but focuses on 2-3 important ones that make the most impact. I've improved soooo much that I've gone back to almost all of my regular activities! My squat form also looks amazing now and I workout and run pain free! Woohoo! I'm still seeing him regularly to continue improving and adding on to my capabilities. read more

Dr. Mason has been so great for my boyfriend and I. He really knows what he's doing and I haven't felt this great in a long time. He is super knowledgeable and educates you on how and why things move the way they move. He gives you exercises and stretches to do and he does them with you. Prepaid for a bundle of appointments and we saved a big chunk of money. I would go with the prepaid route. He is super reasonable and works with your schedule. He's pretty funny, too so the whole experience has been enjoyable. I would highly recommend him! read more

I knew I needed some self care, but always "too busy" to slow down. I am a mother of 3, wife, full time job and I am an amateur boxer. I wasn't aware of how much my body needed this. My body loves me for this and it helps with the aches and pains from training, work, and everything that comes with being a parent. I really enjoy coming in, the atmosphere gives you the reassurance they will definitely take care of you. read more

I came to Dr. Mason to see if by chance he could help with the knee pain I was having. The pain has been off and on for years and doctors could never figure it out. I would get the occasional answer of just rest or let's give you a cortisone shot. As a dance teacher staying off my knee is not an option. Dr. Mason not only found the solution of my knee pain but explained where the pain was coming from and why. He helped to find my daily habits that trigger the pain so I can identify them and stop doing them. Not only has my knee been pain free since working with Dr Mason but he has helped to ease my back pain that I have had for over 22 years. A pain I just learned to deal with daily and trained my body to live with. As a dancer I would often push through the pain and ignore it. Dr. Mason has helped me to relieve my back pain and re train my body to do what it is actually supposed to do... MOVE!!
