I started receiving treatments from Dr. Anthony Tsai for chiropractic care since September 2023 after a friend recommended him. After 3 months of consistent, once-a-week sessions, I can move my neck and shoulders like I haven't in years, pain-free. Before Dr. Tsai, turning my head was a daily struggle due to severe pain from a long-standing pinched nerve, thanks to too much time at the desk. Dr. Tsai's approach is a total game-changer. He stays away from the usual neck-cracking routines and focuses instead on no-crack, deep tissue massage methods that are seriously effective. Dr. Tsai's technique involves soft-tissue, myofascial therapy that's done wonders for my range of motion. I used to dread the thought of chiropractic adjustments, especially for the neck and shoulders, but Dr. Tsai's methods are comfortable and reassuring. He avoids the traditional, harsher techniques and goes for more precise, target-area gentle adjustments that have been amazing. Dr Tsai is still my favorite chiropractor. And trust me, I have been to other chiropractor in between the years, but I naturally came back to Dr Tsai where he uses his Graston Technique. In between my last review, Dr Tsai fixed the pain on my left thumb and is fixing the numbness on my right thumb. You would think that the pain and the numbness comes from the spot but it's not. It was a pinched nerve on the neck itself. When I went to the other chiropractor, he put on CBD cream, put some heat machine on the hand, and the pain would go after the treatment but ultimately the pain came back. For Dr Tsai, he treated the nerves on my neck and though the treatment took a while (at least 6 Months of me visiting weekly) the pain left and never came back. I am currently seeing him for my right thumb numbness. I have confident that it will be healed soon (and as long as I stop playing games on my phone) read more

Dr. Tsai at Chiroworks Care Center has been nothing short of amazing. He's courteous, professional and truly cares for your well being. I come here for the Graston technique to help alleviate trigger points on my shoulders as well as injuries from sports. My Mom had headaches due to a pinched nerve, saw multiple specialists, even got an MRI and nothing helped until Dr. Tsai saw that she had lots of muscle tension on the neck that was pinching her nerve. We went to Dr. Anthony Tsai, DC. frustrated that after 8+ months of weekly physical therapy my son was still suffering from a chronic hamstring injury. Dr. Tsai was able to explain how physical therapy was not truly addressing the underlying issue, but just treating the symptoms. After our first session my son walked out of Dr. Tsai office with about a 50% reduction in pain and a better understanding of was causing it and what he needs to do to start healing his injury. We are looking forward to working with Dr. Tsai over the next few months and hope this will cure his hamstring his injury. My husband and I are very lucky that we found Dr. Tsai when we suffered neck and back pains. Dr. Tsai is very patient, gentle and professional. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of work experiences, he easily found the reasons muscles or nerves were hurting and treated us very efficiently. Some pains completely went away after one treatment, but other more chronic pains may take longer. It all depends on how long the pain had already lasted, and how often we do the stretches he taught us. Maybe because of age or cold weather, my husband and I have a lot of pains from working, gardening, sports, even cooking etc. Whenever we have neck, head, back, shoulder, wrist, leg etc pains we come to see Anthony. He helped us fix our pains and we now live much easier and happier. One time when I had an appointment with Dr. Tsai I had a cold, and the left side of my head was really heavy. Dr. Tsai is incredible knowledgeable of treating various muscle nerve pain. Our whole family including two children have seen Dr. Tsai for more than 4 years. Although we moved further from his office, we still come back to see him once a while because when you are 50, you get any sorts of pain easily. My children had various injuries from playing sports including neck pain, shoulder, elbow, back, thigh, waist and knee. I have hadheadaches and neck pain for years due to bad posture and herniated disc. Tried everything from Chiro to acupuncture etc. only one person was able to diagnose and fix my headache in just two sittings and that's Dr. Tsai. He has a unique approach to chiropractics that I had never encountered in all of my years of searching for relief from fibromyalgia and is the only doctor who has been able to help me. I came to see Dr. Tsai for pain, weakness, and numbing feeling in my right arm. It was my first time going to a chiropractor and he made me felt comfortable. He listened attentively, explained in details, and was very patient. He took his time to work on my arm and not rush through.
