I've been coming to see Dr. Gill for the past 2 months. I started with the new client deal that includes an adjustment and X-rays. He presented me with my X-rays and created a plan to correct the curvature in my neck and scoliosis. I was having trouble with jaw pain, neck pain, ringing in my ears, imbalances in my workouts and at times trouble sleeping. I'm a little over halfway through with my treatments and I have improved significantly in all of the problems I've listed above. Looking forward to see the correction in my x-rays when we take another set of them. Shannon is the front desk/patient coordinator. Hi my name is Alicia I have stenosis, scoliosis, spondylitis , inverted L 4 , L5 they teeter totter, compressed nerves , pinched, I also blow my back out at a fall at Walmart while working, making everything worse including the osteoporosis, inverted back I was cashiering now I have to have a walker I needed surgery to C3-c6 and L4- L5 Now they want to fuse my C2 - T6 and L3-S1. I am in excruciating pain all the time until I start decompression treatments and gentle extremely gentle manipulation of my spine and neck Dr Gill has given me hope as a matter of fact he's the one that saw my lumbar spine MRI I carry with me and said you blow your back out and no one did nothing? Oh mm yeah my head buzzed 24/7 but during decompression it seems to fade a bit. After I'm done I put my plastic back brace back on in hopes to be correcting this matter but no matter what it does help relieve pain, tingling, and numbness It almost as if my nerves are breathing again the spinal cord gets a break I love it and the price is very good. I've been in pain for years lower back, knee, shoulder and neck. I had bunion surgery a few years back so I diagnosed my pain as feet issues. I came across Strive Chiropractic on TikTok and because I was in search of a seasoned Chiropractor so I decided to give it a try and do not regret it at all. After the initial consultation I was able to see where the pain was coming from and he came up with a treatment plan. With every adjustment that I've had starting with the first one I was able to gradually correct my posture and minimize the stress level on my joints. Fantastic experience! I have been going to Dr Gill for 2 months 2 times a week now and I have experienced GREAT results. When I first started I was experiencing alot of pain in my lower back and hips. When I stood up straight it was very uncomfortable to walk. After a few treatments the pain started to subside which was a huge relief. However I listened to what Dr Gill said and continued with weekly treatment which continued to make me stronger. The key is being consistent with the treatment plan he gives you along with the exercises. I am very happy with the positive results that I have received in just 2 months time. I had 3 surgeries on my spine the last 2.5 years and I have seen many doctors related to my spine the last 3 years. Dr. Gill is a great chiropractor with the equipments and knowledge to treat spinal compression issues. My lower back spine has misalignment issue and also recently confirmed nerve impingement. I also had slight incontinent issue. All resolved after couple months of his treatment. I have one more month to go and then can go on once or twice a month after that! During the last 2 months, I have had relapses, sometimes good and sometimes no improvement. But it has been on the up swing and getting better. I highly recommend Dr. Gill. Shannon, the assistant, is very helpful, all pleasant and courteous! The office is all around a model medical office! Just a note about parking, it is on the back street, Martingale. I must admit that at one point I was satisfied with my care here but as time went on I saw a decline in the quality of care and care for customer experience. This office is too busy to be a 1-man show and as my care continued I realized the time of my sessions, and focused attention from Dr. Gill were regularly decreasing as he churns patients in and out rapidly. On top of this, I had a clear injury that chiropractic care was not supporting in helping my recovery. Instead of taking an unbiased look at my symptoms and progression of care I was just told to keep coming in. Eventually once I decided to no longer finish my care or treatment plan I was told I owed the office hundreds of dollars despite having made regular payments through each phase of care. Apparently I wasn't actually paying for the care I received but I was paying for the care through the completion of my plan. And when I decided not to complete it I was told I owe money. I think Dr. Gill means well, he's a nice guy but my experience was very frustrating, and not transparent. read more

Updating my review- this is poorly managed. There are 2 employees, and the dr to patient ratio is 1 doc to 6-10 patients at a time. You can imagine that your care quality lessens with the business of this office. I came in needing care for TMJ, and most times, the dr skipped on my tmj care because he was too busy. I often waited over 15-30 min (once 45 min) to be adjusted. You'll get generic stretches that don't address your specific needs as well. On top of that, I received a statement 3 months after I stopped care for 2 appointments- 1 of which says I went in on a Saturday - and they aren't open Saturdays. the claim is that my insurance didn't cover those to sessions. I was never notified that those would not be covered. Those last two sessions to my knowledge were covered because they would count down and tell me what the last covered session would be. If the office miscounted, frankly, that's an admin mistake. My boyfriend had a similar experience where he was charged after he finished care because their payment model was misleading for decompression therapy. I will never be coming back. read more
