Suffering greatly I phoned and was pleasantly surprised to be given an appointment for the next day. That began my journey with Kim Connelly. Kim did a thorough assessment and convinced me that she would do everything to bring me back as close to normal as possible. After six weeks the surgeon and I decided to schedule surgery on my rotator cuff and torn bicep. Kim Connelly prepared me in advance by strengthening the surrounding muscles. She said it would help teduce post-,op recovery. For six weeks after surgery I was in a sling on my dominant side. I was afraid that PT might hurt too much, but slowly and gently Kim and her team of Carol, Chris and Terese kept my shoulder from freezing up. The first week was painful of course but all of my rides were warmly welcomed into the facility which helped distract me. Nearly ten weeks after surgery I have a terrific range of motion despite the pain. Often I have to stop because it is a slow process. I will be excited when I can reach behind my back again. I can get a professional deep tissue massage from a massage therapist for FAR less than 135 per pt visit.

The women in the office I deal with, Kelly and Kelly Ann are so easy to work with, always willing to help me with any needs or concerns I have and willing to add or subtract shifts for the best care for my Mother. I think its something really shady going on at the agency. Im going to report them for a civil rights violation, because the way she was trying to make me feel because i was black was just too evil. Its like she was trying to humiliate me and degrade me, with no intentions to move forward with the hiring process. She kept trying to be indiscrete about it. I'm reporting them, regardless of the outcome. The interview felt like a auction of some sort. She was deliberately trying to victimize me. And took important documents in the process! I have a better job then this now, so not getting hired was not the point, I'm not mad at all. Its something really evil about this whole situation. The dr's, counselors, and staff are so wonderful and knowledgeable and are dedicated to help. These people at this place all know what they are doing and treat each patient on an individual basis. They are by far THE BEST we have found. I am so GRATEFUL there is a facility out this way to help. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! For the first time my son is healing and recovering. They help the family if requested as well. It is all a positive approach. Our family is in a much better place bc of them. My personal experience, as well as the experiences of my family members at this facility has been very positive. The facility's Administration has an open door policy and has been willing to listen to issues or concerns I had or my family members had, and then quickly addressed them. Staff members, from Nurses, to CNAs, to Housekeepers and Maintenance have been highly responsive and attentive, and the facility is kept very clean. The facility also has an excellent Physical and Occupational Therapy staff who really go out of their way to work with the residents who receive therapy. I would give this facility a 5 star rating except they need to improve the food menu, and improve the resident call-button response time.

I've got for PT in the past and have not had a great experience. I was given a standard set of activities and wound up in more pain than when I started. The staff at Premier Physical Therapy started with a full review of my issues and my goals, before recommending a treatment plan. I know I'll leave healthier and with tools to continue treatment on my own at home, to maintain the new me. I'm very grateful to Dr. Karolina and Heather for everything they have done for me.
