The patient waited until 2:30pm and it's already the following day, we still don't have the result. If you call their number, no one is answering their phone. The doctor and the patient is already upset because until now we don't have the result necessary to adjust the anticoagulant. I don't recommend this lab services to anybody.

I injured my ankle falling off a bicycle, I put up with the pain as best I could, but after 25 days and still pain and having trouble walking I did some research with podiatrist and private practices. This urgent care was close to me and decided to contact them. I called and Ashley at the front desk gave me all the Info I needed, answered all my questions and made me feel secure in my choice. I didn't make an appointment and decided to walk in for an exam and X-ray. NP Mark Cha was such a delight and took such great care of me, I got the best care I've ever received. I was in and out in less than an hour. They knew I was paying out of pocket and made this experience as easy and affordable as possible. Total with visit, X-ray, and medication I paid under 250. That's less than one month payment for good insurance at my job. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back whenever I need medical care. I honestly regret not coming here sooner. Well the receptionist decided to run the card for $1 which was declined because the card can only be used for medical purposes. From the attached enclosed multi-story parking lot, to the registration and wait times for a scheduled procedure, and the nursing staff we encountered ... this was a seamless experience. Our surgical procedure was scheduled, so we did not visit the emergency room or any of the other resources available at Advocate Christ Medical Center ... but as a Level I trauma center with almost 800 beds, Advocate Christ can do it all. This used to be simply Christ Hospital, but it is now part of the Advocate Health system ... an affiliation of 11 hospitals and some 200 satellite facilities. If you need hospital care, Advocate Christ Medical Center is a great alternative. Recommended.
