But more disturbingly, it immediately made the site inflamed and bruised - they look like TRACK marks!! I have pics but Yelp doesn't allow to include. They will hear from me directly though. The lady and her coworker were also very unprofessional in the way they were speaking passive-aggressively to other patient. I felt bad he had to endure that. Lastly, she kept the place filthy and hazardous - she didn't bother picking up any bandaid wrappers, they were littered all over the floor, so much so that someone could slip on them. The patient waited until 2:30pm and it's already the following day, we still don't have the result. If you call their number, no one is answering their phone. When I walked in the staff was attentive and professional. I completed some paper work and barely waited 10 mins before I was called in for a revision. So far so good. I was given a covid test which I later got a bill for $100! And a strep throat test. Once I saw the nurse I explained my symptoms to her. I was told I had severe inflammation but did not know if it was due to a virus or allergies. I was given the option to take a steroid or to wait it out for a few more days and try OTC Flonase. I didn't feel comfortable taking a steroid without a verdict so I went with the alternative. A few week weeks later I get a text for a $252 bill! Not even a bill in the MAIL! So I had no news till now about a bill! I Kept getting multiple texts/calls in one day. By the way I NEVER received my COVID results! The quality of care and lack of transparency for the cost is the reason I will Never go back. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST if you don't want to pay $100+. GET ONE for $25 at the pharmacy. Go somewhere else for better care!

She prescribes him medication and tells him that it wont work but still prescribes it smh. we were very unsatisfied with her service.
