After my first appointment I knew I wanted to complete all 4-6 months of PT here. Debbie and Dan are 2 really great physical therapists. They realize it's important for me to recover range of motion quickly so they pushed me just the right amount. When I was recovering faster than expected they picked up the pace so I was constantly challenged and progressing. The staff is very friendly and they are flexible in scheduling appointments. It is a small practice (Dan also has an office in Manteno) that prioritizes patient satisfaction. Everyone here is stellar! Also had no troubles with insurance at all. I would absolutely go here again if necessary, although I'm certainly hoping I don't get hurt this severe any time soon.

Suffering greatly I phoned and was pleasantly surprised to be given an appointment for the next day. That began my journey with Kim Connelly. Kim did a thorough assessment and convinced me that she would do everything to bring me back as close to normal as possible. After six weeks the surgeon and I decided to schedule surgery on my rotator cuff and torn bicep. Kim Connelly prepared me in advance by strengthening the surrounding muscles. She said it would help teduce post-,op recovery. For six weeks after surgery I was in a sling on my dominant side. I was afraid that PT might hurt too much, but slowly and gently Kim and her team of Carol, Chris and Terese kept my shoulder from freezing up. The first week was painful of course but all of my rides were warmly welcomed into the facility which helped distract me. Nearly ten weeks after surgery I have a terrific range of motion despite the pain. Often I have to stop because it is a slow process. I will be excited when I can reach behind my back again. Kim made the torture chamber Into a family. She will be moving upwards at another facility in Hinsdale and will be missed by her adoring patient fans. Luckiky she trained her staff to be as attentive to each individual as she has been.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Joint Pro Physical Therapy in Frankfort. After suffering…read morean MCL sprain, I struggled for months to walk normally and with no pain. I had always been someone who loved hiking daily, riding my bike, and staying active, but over the past year I had to give up so many things I loved because of the pain and limitations. When my doctor finally referred me to physical therapy, I honestly wasn't sure it would work. But I committed to the process -- I went three times a week for a little over two months and followed all of my home exercises -- and the results have been life-changing. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she was amazed by my improvement. I can now ride my bike for an hour, walk for over an hour, and I'm reaching my goal of 10,000 steps a day on top of my bike rides! I still remember when a five-minute walk was painful, so being able to do the things I love again feels like a miracle. I have to give a very special thank you to Kim, who answered my first phone call and immediately showed the genuine care and compassion that sets this place apart. Her customer service and kindness made such an impression. I also want to thank my amazing therapists Josh, Angie, Joe, Colleen, Rae, and everyone else who helped me along the way (I apologize if I missed anyone or misspelled a name!). The entire team at Joint Pro is truly heaven-sent. I'm emotional just thinking about the difference they made in my life. When you can't walk without pain, you realize how much you take for granted -- and this team helped give me my freedom back. As a nurse myself, I always thought "nurses rock" , but I now have a whole new level of love and respect for physical therapists and the incredible impact they have on people's lives. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I will forever be grateful for what you've done for me!
