Jonathan came to the house, spoke to us, met my relative and determined what her needs were. He explained the kind of care they could provide us. He clearly explained the terms of the contract and how everything would work. The care givers were highly professional and very caring. I was paged to the office to ask how my experience was so far in the building, but it turned into her gossiping to me about coworkers and other employees around the building. The lady Yvonne from corporate stated to other management staff that it was not her job to train me which made me notice the lack of team work and lack in management to assure their staff was properly equipped informed and knowledgeable to their duties under their titles . The Cna staff was purposely put on schedule, would travel to work just to be sent home with no pay because the company was manipulating the schedule due to them being used for the state survey. I worked hours that staff members witness me work and the company refused to pay me for. The patients are being neglected, not given activities to help with their diagnosis's or give them mental stimulation. Sanitation efforts for the facility are not provided. Resident seldomly had clean attire to wear.. barely had enough shoes! Patients were observed on several occasions walking around with holes in clothing that were filthy so you can tell they haven't been changed in days. When I addressed this concern I was told by Yvonne from corporate not to step on staff (CNA) feet! The company needs to replace all staff including corporate with people who are actually compassionate display teamwork and want to make the place a better facility by continually educating their staff with corrective criticism along with action by its leaders (Management/corporate) If my experience as being apart of management was poor I can only imagine what this facilities residents are feeling during their experience living here!!!!

My mom has since graduated off hospice and is now residing in assisted living, doing better than ever. I am most grateful to GOD first and the care that Oasis provided secondly!

Despite promises, no care plan was ever created. I never met the doctor, CNA, or lead nurse, and repeated requests for communication were ignored. My mother developed a UTI that went undiagnosed for weeks until I demanded testing -- after which she improved drastically. Staff blamed her behavior on dementia instead of doing their job. Worse, Oasis kept her heavily sedated without my knowledge or consent. One nurse falsely accused her of swinging -- then retracted it when I challenged her. Only one nurse, Ms. Latrice, showed professionalism and followed up. The rest? All talk, no care. This isn't a place of compassion -- it's a cold, careless business. I wouldn't recommend them under any circumstance.

He was an excellent driver. He always obeyed the speed limit, and never responded to the idiots who cut him off. He was very observant when looking for a destination, we were given the right name of the building but the wrong address and he was able to help us find it. The price was very reasonable. Only reason I took off a star was because we booked a return trip and we were told that a ride would arrive within an hour of our call telling them we were ready. We called at 12:39 and I ride showed up at 2:15. Yes it was raining and I guess there might have affect the traffic, but when I looked at Google maps it showed that this ride should have taken 45 minutes so obviously traffic wasn't that bad cuz that was a normal amount of time for this ride. Don't know what caused the delay but having somebody who's in pain while sitting, sitting in a wheelchair waiting for a ride was not a lot of fun. Then I called to get a quote for another ride that was like a quarter of the distance of this one and it was only $100 less. $300 for a 30 mi round trip ride was a little ridiculous. Considering that the price for a 68 mi round trip was $400. I would definitely book them again if the price was reasonable.
