The practice strongly encourages clients to make their own care choices, while also offering direct clinical perspectives when desired and needed. I did not know much about Cori other than her credentials and was a bit unsure on how to select a therapist. I admit I was a bit apprehensive and was not sure what to expect but all of my angst disappeared after my first session with Cori! She was great and listened to me and never made me feel embarrassed, uneasy or nervous. I loved that she was able to articulate my feelings and help me see things clearly though out my sessions. The "homework" or "food for thought" exercises were also incredibly helpful in showing me measurable progress, which steered me in a positive direction. I enjoyed going to my sessions and never felt they were painful thus, I was always eager to go back. Cori takes a very client centered approach and assists you in determining your needs and aspirations. I highly recommend Cori and the aspect of counseling to anyone that is experiencing a rough patch - "She is a ray of sunshine during your storm. "

I have been going for about two months now, and every time I go she pulls out something that I didn't think about and shows me a different way to think about it. She's been very helpful to me and I will continue to see her. Very professional and courteous, easy to get a hold of when you need to set up or reschedule an appointment. I often have to leave her a message because she's in a session, but she calls back within a couple hours. One time I forgot I had an appointment until five minutes after my appointment started, when I called her she allowed me to come in 30 minutes late and still take the full appointment time. Not going to be possible in every case, obviously, but she is flexible and will work with you. Obviously choosing a therapist is a very personal decision, and just because she is helpful for me does not mean she will be the best fit for you, but if you are looking for someone friendly, professional, and helpful, I would suggest giving Ms. Robinson a try.

I was asked to arrive 45 minutes early and I was told by the receptionist that I was early, I had to explain to her that I was told to arrive early for paperwork. I wasn't handed a form to fill until another woman walked out and told the receptionist to hand us a form to fill and this was after 15 minutes of sitting and waiting. The one-page form only took a minute to fill so I don't see the point of asking patients to arrive so early in advance. I had an unsettling feeling sitting in the waiting area and felt unsafe. Also I had to pay for street parking. Update: I have only taken my son for an initial evaluation, we continually receive false insurance claims from this company for dates of services we never attended. I have reported this business.
