I was told to do the paperwork in advance and that an appointment would already be set by today at a certain time a day before my arrival. My paperwork was done already. I showed up early and rang the doorbell twice. I called the counselor twice. I texted the counselor. No answer. Not even a courtesy call to call me and tell me that my appointment has been delayed or canceled in advance or a potential problem with my paperwork. I finally get a text about a 1/2 an hour later, give me a bogus excuse, saying that there was a mistake. I really wish with the traveling and the gas and getting there early, just to get irresponsibly blown off from them because of their irresponsibility and bias, that I could charge them the seventy five dollar cancellation fee for her not showing up for the appointment. And I suspect with good reason of of another employeee that I did not know of previously who worked their, who I feel has ill will towards me, and suspect that she was an influence to the incompetent and dismissive way that they treated me. I feel this therapist re-judged me based on another's advice. I don't believe a word they say. I don't trust them. And be careful about signing their iron clad contracts!

She is incredibly attentive, gifted, and makes sure you are comfortable. Located in beautiful, southwest Chicago suburban neighborhood. Upon opening the treatment room door, I was met with a supportive atmosphere lit by a candle in a sconce, sounds of relaxing music, and the beautiful Spirits of Tara's sacred bowls. She asked if I was having any pain at the beginning of the session; I felt some in my neck and lower back. During the session, I experienced the white Crystal Bowls, and Brass Metal Bowls carrying the Spirits of the energy that Tara channels through these magical instruments. She placed the bowls around me as well as directly on my body as she played and brought forth their beautiful, transformative sounds. I followed this course of action because I hadn't experience with therapy in the past. Long story short this outfit accomplished absolutely no progress in improving the relationship I strived for with my kids. In addition it would take them 4/5 days to respond to e-mails and phone calls.It was a very dissatisfying experience and with so much at stake. I feel welcomed coming for every visit, from not only my therapist but the other employees as well. I'm happy to see them grow as they recently moved locations, to a bigger facility, and I see new faces at the front desk, which is amazing to see. They offer snacks and drinks and I see they are expanding their new office every day! My only complaint is that they only have fancy hot chocolate... I hope for a regular flavor every session.
