I will tell you BEWARE if you purchase deli meat or cheese. THEY DO NOT REMOVE THE CLEAR PLASTIC BEFORE THEY SLICE IT. The result is, you end up with a stack of product that has shreds of plastic wrapping all in it. It's clear so it is hard to see. You end up eating some of it. I have complained to management about this and still the employees just ignore it. I can't tell you how pissed I am about this. I will not shop there anymore.

I'm now 43 and my family has literally literally been on the same lease since before I was born so we have all had the chance to try out other local stores in the area and it's your best friend when it comes to one stop shopping for not only groceries and fuel but for hunting and fishing needs as well (deer corn, lures and line, etc...) so to be in business for that long you can be assured they are doing something right! If you want snacks and drinks, that's fine, too. If you want wine or microbrews, they've got it. If you just need to go potty, you won't find a cleaner place to do your business. And if your dog needs to do the same, well they've even got Rowdy's Rest Stop just for dogs to pee, poop, and play. Very friendly staff. Can't say enough about that, but it makes all the difference in what makes Morton's best. Although I have to admit I'm a devout fan of Buc-ee's, I sure wish there were more than just the one Morton's location. It's so well-done, I couldn't believe there aren't more. They are known for their kolaches and pastries. They also have an assortment of goods including clothing, beverages, deli and a whole host of snacks. I purchased two pigs-n-a-blanket and pecan cinnamon roll. So delicious... Saturday was quite busy at the bakery. It formed a pretty pleasant environment.
