I always get great deals on men's Jeans and my wife always gets great deals on her Jeans and rider shirts plus other cloths are good prices. We also shop for children's clothes there and get great deals. You do have to really search sometimes to find the great deals but you usually find them. The store is usually not very crowded and their are not very long lines to check out. The only draw back is their store hours. They close at 7:00 p.m during the week and the store is about 50 miles from our house so it's almost impossible to go during the week. They are only open til 8:00 p.m. on the Friday's and Saturdays. The store is all that is in this area and it is in a small town. The VF Outlet in Livingston, texas is usually very unorganized and a mess and it is very difficult to find stuff in that store.

I went back and took photo and instead of self check, waited in line. It rang up incorrect. I showed photo to cashier, but she said it was for another smaller size. In photo you can see that the larger size is the only product on shelf at price. A manager came and was absolutely no help either. Cashier said he was going to remove the wrong product from display. So I wasn't helped, other than wasting my time, and didn't leave with any soap! So much for standing by whats on display and honoring customers who bring proof to register.

This bitch went ballistic on a teenage cashier and the manager. She accused the manager of intentionally blocking her in an isle; then basically threw here selections at the cashier. Then, screamed at her when she wasn't paying attention to her every word. The cashier was assisting another employee on locating a price for an item. "I usually don't complain about anything but"....usually means you do. She finally left and the cashier took a smoke break on the steps just outside. Dammit Rooster, you poo'd your pants. While their prices are competitive, I knocked off a couple of stars because: 1. The tap feature for card payment didn't work; I had to insert the card into a chip reader. In today's world, with skimmers around to steal your card information, I prefer the tap feature. 2. There was no water nor paper towels in the dispenser for cleaning windshields. Why have the dispensers if you're not going to fill them? Travelers need to be able to clean their auto glass. Still, I got fuel here. Afterwards, I saw the travel stop across the street that had everything, and went over there to finish what I could not do at Brookshire.
