I checked Yelp and discovered that Jim and Presto Dent have been doing work in the neighborhood and able to do his work at Runge's if needed. He was able to schedule up on a good weather fall day and work right in our parking lot. Took out the door dings from a quarter panel with no sign remaining and gave me a heads up to reapply wax. His pre-visit estimate based on a photo still beat the bundled price I got quoted at Runge's, and I was able to schedule it within the week. Recommend keeping Presto Dent on your list whenever you give your vehicle their detail care.

On December 20 2017 I tried again, I text them the same photo requesting an estimate since the website instructed that you take a photo of the damage and text over to them. This time someone replied saying... We are sorry but we are not giving out anymore estimates at this time since our employees are away spending the holidays with there family's. I don't know of any Holiday that falls on December 20th. I don't know of any auto repair shop that turns away customers. For the looks of it this company has poor ethics and costumer service.
