My PCP office said when they called them last week the lady was very rude. This week only the answering service is answering calls and they said they don't know if office is closed or not but no one ever calls back. I have had second lead less pace maker put in a year ago which was amazing. Still had left arm pain so was still searching for someone to listen and maybe get me some relief. My family doctor referred me to the Medical Vein clinic. So I made appointment and when I arrived I seen they specialize in legs not arms so I was worried I was not going to get any answers. Then in came Dr. Gianiis. He sat there listened to my very long story and he said let's see what I can do to get you pain free. So we did few tests and played some games with insurance for few months. Then insurance would finally let Dr Gianis put in a stent. So we did the stent placement procedure and my arm feels really great. The swelling has come down and I can finally do things with my left arm that I could not do for 3 years. They were also extremely cognizant of the COVID-19 situation, and were strict about entering their office, which I really appreciated and respected. I told the doctor I was hesitant and frustrated, as I'd been to two other doctors over the past few years to try to have this handled, but it kept resurfacing.
