SENIORS BE AWARE: DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR: I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE…read more SrideCare Vascular_ Round Rock, Dr. Justin Smith,1650 Round Rock Ave. 78681, 512 551 1403 He is not friendly, and his nurses are not friendly, they treated me like I was beneath them. Staff and doctor were not caring, not compassionate, not empathetic and they did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. This is the worst doctor that I have ever had an appointment with. If you have appointments with this doctor cancel immediately. Seniors, please check your insurance statements if this is your doctor, you probably have fraud claims on it. These are just some of the facts: There is a claim on July 1, 2025, I did not have any appointments that day. I called Justin Smith's billing department, they said I did not have an appointment that day. I asked why my insurance was billed on 7/1/25, he transferred me to Dr Smith's Office. That person said, your last appointment here was 6/23/25 and your next appointment is 9/23/25, you did not have an appointment on 7/1/25. I asked why my insurance was billed on that day. I called the billing office again and gave him the claim number. He could not pull the claim and said, oh uh, well, I see what this is this is another company. He gave me the number to call 469 896 3022. He said they used to be Chronic Pain Management but now the name is Nextgen. When I called that number this woman was screaming at me and said, I'm looking at your chart, Dr. Smith sends all files for us to follow up on. I said, I did not give you permission to bill my insurance. I advised her that I was going to call UHC and tell them that this is a fraud claim and do not pay. Receiving unwanted or harassing calls from (469) 896-3022? Report It! You can also add your number to the National DO Not Call Registry by visiting their website or calling (888) 382-1222. The next day I got a call he said his name is Jerry and he is in the claims department for UHC. He asked about the claim and said he could not reach his colleague, and he would take over the claim and would call me Monday. I thought this was something strange about this call. The next day I dialed the number, the recording states; This is not UnitedHealthCare and I checked this number 800 263 5198 online this is what it shows (Commonly reported as Scammer/Fraudster.) I spoke with UHC and advised them about the person called pretending to be UHC. She dialed the number and looked it up online and she got the same results. These people continue to send emails and schedule appointments that I did not approve or schedule; they also call me several times a week. I have dates, times, numbers and names of each person that has contacted me. This is an example of fake emails that they send: Care Team: Your Phone Appointment Reminder: Nurse Call is on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 3:50pm I have notified United Health Care and Medicare about this fraud, and they are investigating. Seniors we should all work together to make sure everyone involved will get jail time and lose their licenses.

I am stunned by this negative review: my experience has been the exact opposite. I saw Dr. Smith…read morefor multiple visits for varicose vein problems and found him to be pleasant, meticulous and caring in his procedures, and able to relieve the difficulty I had walking prior to going there. The receptionist was welcoming, learning my name after a very short time, and the medical assistants were extremely professional. It's important to note that the prep for these procedures is fairly complex, and they were well organized, precise, and concerned for my comfort as they assembled the prep. I returned to them a year later for a check-up, and found the practice as it had been earlier. I recommend them highly, without exception.

Alexa greeted me with a smile I could see and hear through her mask! She took great care in prepping me to meet with Jesus, who talked me through the whole process as he used Ultra sound to diagnose next steps. Then Doctors Giannis and Hogg explained and executed the procedure with zero pain and minimal follow up.

I have been fighting left arm pain for over 3 years due to a bad placement of the first pace maker…read more I have had lots of test and seen lots of doctors. I have had second lead less pace maker put in a year ago which was amazing. Still had left arm pain so was still searching for someone to listen and maybe get me some relief. My family doctor referred me to the Medical Vein clinic. So I made appointment and when I arrived I seen they specialize in legs not arms so I was worried I was not going to get any answers. Then in came Dr. Gianiis. He sat there listened to my very long story and he said let's see what I can do to get you pain free. So we did few tests and played some games with insurance for few months. Then insurance would finally let Dr Gianis put in a stent. So we did the stent placement procedure and my arm feels really great. The swelling has come down and I can finally do things with my left arm that I could not do for 3 years. Hands down very caring doctor and what to give shout out to the awesome staff. Morgan, Shannon and Georgina. All very caring and want you to feel great again. I will always recommend this office to anyone that needs vascular services. Thanks again for making me feel awesome again. Mary Dent...AKA Fedex See you guys in a year.

Best cardiologist in Central Texas. Dr Todd Gage!…read moreExceptional care! The office team is very efficient and very effective. They collect your payment upfront so that once you see the doctor you are free to go. Dr. Gage always comes in like he has all the time in the world. He reviews your cardiac system and open to the discussion for any potential issues that may be occurring. He does a comprehensive review of all medications and answers any questions. As busy as they are you wouldn't think that the atmosphere would be so relaxed, but it is! This time there was a discussion that ensued related to the cardiac stress test that Tom is due for per the American heart Association guidelines. When Dr. Gage found out that times negativity was related to the physical portion of the stress test he advised there is also a chemical stress test that can be taken. I was glad that he brought This option up as I think Tom will be able to see his way clear to having that. The med techs there are also spot on. The hubby has to get an EKG every six months that correlates with his follow up and the med techs there are very able and proficient. Probably sounds kind of funny to take a treat to the cardiology office but Tom has always drop Dan with round rock donuts for them and I suspect he will do that again this holiday season since I am not planning on baking this year. That's it for now. We highly recommend this cardiologist group and Dr. Gage in particular
