When we enter that office Sylvia and Quinn ALWAYS greet us with a smile and ask us how our boys are doing (by name) and Dr. Tran always asks my husband and me about our family life and how our sons are doing even now that they are grown. During the pandemic, her office has done an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable going in for bloodwork. I drive up and call to alert Quinn that I'm there for my appointment. She opens the door for me. She is masked and protected and so am I. I go in, sit down, have my blood drawn, and then she opens the door for me to go out. So it's pretty much touch-free! I have to say, She is the most caring, considerate, intelligent and direct to the point . She spends a lot of time with her patients and doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications. Her patients trusted her with her care. Dr. Tran is really big on including complimentary and alternative medicine into her medical practice, promotes healthy living style ( exercises, diet, and screens for diseases), which most physicians don't have the time for nowadays, but this is the best way to get keep people staying healthy. She always makes sure her chronically ill patients are up to date with important lab works and follow up with medications to ensure they don't cause any adverse affects. She stated the guys said fill out the paper and have a seat. I noticed that the clipboard with my wife's info on it, was sitting on the counter in front of the man behind the glass. It sat there for 10 mins!!! I went up and acted like I was looking at the paper and he snatched it away. Fast-forward an hour and 10 mins. Everyone in front of us went. Then a young female came in smiling and laughing obviously not an emergency and she was called back. She'd only been there 10 mins. I thought maybe she said something different on her clipboard even though she was laughing and looked fine. The clip board only asked how much pain you were in. Then another female came in. She was called back after 10 mins. Again, my wife was curled over in severe pain!! After that, we left and went to Scott And White RR. They were packed. The person at the desk asked about symptoms and a few more questions. They brought my wife back immediately for observation to make sure there wasn't anything severe. Wow! Far better experience and my wife received treatment quickly. She was kept and admitted. Don't go to Seton Round Rock on AW Grimes if you have an emergency! I warned you! On March 29th when I showed up for the appointment, they told me Dr. Ganan Popa is not there, and I should see the new doctor. Dr. Kristen Hendrix. This was really disappointing!!! For the next visit in November 2022, I visited the center. Nurse told us the doctor will be with you shortly. I waited in the room with my two kids for an hour. At 4:20, I went out of the room and saw the nurse sitting in a room on her computer and the doctor also doing some paperwork on her computer in another room. I asked them why you are letting me sit for an hour while you are not with a patient. The doctor was very aggressive and told me I had to wait. I asked to talk with the manager, and they told me she was not there, and she will call you. I received a call from the manager the next day and instead of being apologetic she said based on your behavior, we cannot serve your son and you should find another doctor. This is the first time I am facing this kind of medical center service with such an unbelievable attitude.

Urmila Parthasarathy is an amazing person and I'm so glad that I am able to be under her care. The staff is very friendly and I love that they are up to date with technology. They have a check in kiosk and an online "My Charts" where you can immediately see test results, appointments, and even email your Dr. with questions you forgot to ask during a visit. I also love that they print out your visit summary and your plan of action. I can't say enough good things about this location and Dr Partha and I do recommend ARC to family and friends!
