They frequently scheduled unnecessary follow-up visits-sometimes as often as every three weeks-to monitor basic, long-term medications that were not controlled substances. This felt more like an effort to pad their schedule and billing than provide necessary care. Furthermore, they showed a profound lack of ownership, becoming defensive, even aggressive when asked to correct their own errors , instead always blaming others- which on multiple occasions impacted my ability to attain necessary medical services

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! When I call for an appointment, I usually can get in within a few days, and if it is urgent, sometimes that same day. Now that does not include annual exams as they save appointment times for more urgent matters. Annual exams are usually scheduled a couple of weeks out and sometimes a little longer at year's end when everyone is trying to get in!! I really don't know what I'm going to do if she ever decides to move or retire. I love the personable experience and the swiftness with which they can fit me in when necessary. Sometimes if I call early in the morning I'm able to get in the same day when it's important. I go multiple times a year for allergy shots, bloodwork for thyroid medication, blood pressure checks, the occasional cold, flu, and just about everything else. When it's necessary, she refers me to a specialist. I cannot give this office enough stars!
