It took me days to get quotes back from other paving contractors. Richard not only made the time to come out the next day, but he also gave us a written fair estimate and was able to schedule the paving job by the end of the week! He was very friendly and introduced himself to me Friday morning and we went over exactly the area that needed to be done before they went to work. I was put at ease and was confident after his transparency. His team is very professional, diligent and detailed in their work. Perfectionist would be the best word to describe them. You can definitely tell that they have been doing this for many years. I'm so happy with my new driveway, thank you for making it happen. I would absolutely work with them again in the future. Thank you so much A Plus Paving team for quickness and efficiency from us at Princeton Street in Chelmsford!

My neighbors all love the look of the new roof and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and professional installation. John and his crew were also able to uncover some areas of concern with the roof and replaced damaged sections of the roof to give us the peace of mind that the roof will be good for 30 to 50 years. His crew was very fast at installing both the house and roof on the barn completing the job in 2 days. They also left the jobsite very clean, picking up all the nails and debris. I highly recommend John DeNisco roofing!

He was well prepared and knowledgable, educating us on all their products and services in a clear and concise way. No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stelar reputation. I've had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. I felt confident and comfortable working with them and I would hire them again when my next roofing project comes up.

SD Construction was hired to remodel a 3 season room, turning into a fully heated, insulated,…read moreusable space. The job entailed adding walls, siding, insulation, drywall, electrical, split unit installation, installing windows, and finish wood work. From the beginning, I was very happy with Scott and his team. I received the requested, itemized estimate within the time frame he gave me. We communicated mostly through email and the questions i had about the estimate and throughout the process were answered right away. During construction, when an existing wall was removed and wood rot was found, Scott talked us through the problem and laid out our options being very clear that the additional work, should we choose that route, would require additional cost. He was upfront about the additional costs (that are often unavoidable) and I felt that he always had the best interest of the project in mind. He wasn't looking for ways to increase cost but was honest when it was unavoidable. The project was completed in a timely manner and though construction brings its own sort of mess, the guys kept my yard and the area as neat and clean as possIble. The project was also completely in a reasonable time frame. If and when a delay occurred (weather, materials, etc) I was notified of it. In the end, I have an awesome new room, that demonstrates pride in workmanship and attention to detail. I would highly recommend SD Construction!
