They filed under another name (Billco Roofing, LLC), they forged my name, didn't follow state T&C guidelines. I notified both companies within 72 hours to cancel to get my deposit back. I sent cancellation letters to a couple of their address. I called owner John Wolf and notified him by phone within 72 hours. He refused my cancellation. Merrimack Roof is not a legal business registered with the state. They delivered the material anyways. I found the $5,766.41 invoice with the materials and notified him they owed me $1,733.59 and would keep the material, because I was told by the city they NEVER return money. They agreed, but its been months and they will not return my money.
