We have a large play toy in the back yard, and the canvas covering of the elevated part faded and shredded after a few years. We saved the pieces and took it to Lori at Stribling's for replacement. (time goes by) We've gone through over half a dozen canvas patio umbrellas over the years, and that play structure cover is still doing fine. Piles of big umbrellas... It's time to get a _really_good_ job done at Stribling's. You won't be disappointed! read more

I have been working with Stribling's Canvas for over four years now. They have made multiple custom covers to protect my meteorological research instrumentation that is mounted on two different trailers. The workmanship is high quality and the custom design was very detailed. These covers protect our $500K sensor array! The service is great! One cover developed a small tear (high pressure point on the frame) and Lori repaired it quickly and we haven't had a problem since. Great customer service! Thank you!! read more

Need some canvas repair work done for my boat and I took it down to Lori at Stribling's Custom Canvas. Showed her what I need done and she told me no problem and that it would take a few days to repair. Later that afternoon she called me and told me it was ready. "Wow" i said so fast? She told me she wanted to get it done before starting on a major project. So thank you so much for squeezing me in and getting me a fast turn around. I know she's a busy woman and wouldn't expect a fast turn around all the time like that, but she will definitely be getting my future business. I really like how she repaired my canvas. read more

Just had a storage cover made for the rear deck area on my 22 foot C-Dory by Lori. The cover looks great and is fully functional. The work was even better than I expected. I highly recommend Stribling's Custom Canvas for boats, awnings, and any special canvas needs. I'll be back if something else is needed. Lori and her assistant are top notch. Thanks Lori read more

We had a canvas cover made for our pontoon boat by Lori. It fits like a glove and is beautiful. When we had problems with water leakage, she was quick to contact the fabric manufacturer and got the issue resolved in no time. She went far and above normal work ethic by doing this on a Sunday. I highly recommend this shop for any of your canvas needs. read more

I always support local businesses thats just my motto. I needed a bimini top for my boat and the shop had availability. I explained I rarely use my boat and wanted the least expensive way to get the top done. A few days later she had some question and I drove over to the shop and we talked about different solutions, but after speaking I gave options to simplify and reduce cost. Well thats when things got SHADY every attempt to answer questions and go with cost saving alternatives the PRICE WAS NEVER GOING TO BE REDUCED. it was talked about how less expensive it would be to use a in-stock frame and my previous brackets and guess what the price still was not reduced, to top it off the In-stock frame was going to be used and SOLD to me as a CUSTOM frame needless to say I took my boat home and will NEVER go back there again. read more

Lori was very professional. Her quality of workmanship and material is top notch. I was looking for somebody reliable to do a custom snap on cover for my open bow crownline and had found her through doing a google search and she had popped up on yelp. Upon speaking to my boat mechanic and boat storage facility to see if they could recommend somebody who does this type of work, her business popped up in conversation, so thought she must be pretty good. I went ahead made the appointment to start the work and picked my boat up this Saturday. All I can say is WOW. Lori comes HIGHLY recommended . Search no further to have any canvas work done, she rocks. read more

I had a custom BBQ / Outdoor kitchen area built last spring. I wanted to preserve the new look of it so I looked into covers for the area. I was lucky to find Lori who took the time to explain to me the different materials (pro's and con's) that I could use to have the cover made. My wife and I were delighted when she installed the cover to see that the cover was made to the spec's that we agreed to and the craftsmanship was superb. I would refer Striblings custom canvas to anyone. read more

As with the last reviewer, I also had a new custom BBQ/Outdoor kitchen built last year and then sought to find an appropriate cover for the winter months. The builder of our outdoor kitchen referred my wife and I to Lori Stribliing. What a wonderful reference. Lori is totally professional and did a great job. In the first place, Lori was very responsive. I called her and within a few days she had sent us swaths of different materials, scheduled a meeting at our home, and even brought rolls of several of the canvas options so that we could actually put them on the BBQ and compare and contrast colors and texture, to see what worked best in our back yard. This made a great difference in giving us confidence in our selection. Next, Lori took the measurements and provided an estimate that fit our budget. She then gave us a time projection--over the hollidays--which she met, as promised. Finally, today, Lori installed the cover--which looks great and fit perfectly--and her invoice was absolutely consistent with the initial estimate; no surprises! Throughout the process, Lori made us feel that she took personal ownership in making sure we received a quality result and were happy with it. We stayed in email contact, she came out to our home 3 times to make sure the measurements were perfect, and has offered several suggestions going forward to ensure that all works well. The craftsmanship is excellent, and I am completely confident that Lori will be there if we have any future issues. Striblings is absolutely a first-rate business, and I would encourage anyone who has a need for a custom canvas cover to get in touch with Lori Stribling. read more
