I decided to contact Eduardo recently since he replaced fencing with three of our neighbors last year during one of the worst wind/rain storms. I'm not sure what happen but it is DEFINITELY NOT the same service as last year. Here's a little time line of what I am still going through with Eduardo. July 28, 2022 - Eduardo came to my residence to install a gate/latch on the side of my house. (2 pics attached) August 8 - sent a text to Eduardo that the gate/latch broke, and needed to be fixed. He did respond (see text msg) That he would come by Wednesday, August 10 to fix it. I sent a courtesy reminder Wednesday morning not to forget (text attached) August 22 - I reached out to Eduardo again!! (see text msg) you can tell I was becoming frustrated. August 24 - he finally responds back with an apology (see text msg) with another attempt to fix the gate/latch and informing me that his work is "under warranty"unfortunately due to my work schedule that day I was not able to respond to him until the following day. August 25 - I replied to his text with availability August 30 - 5 days later. He finally responds back to my text (see text msg) September 17 - I sent another text (see text msg) since his voicemail is full! I paid $650 to have a gate installed and I get it the supply chain is putting a strain on wood and other items but this is totally inexcusable, shady and dishonest!! Next steps.... I wish I could voice my situation to news channel 7 on your side perhaps they could get some resolution for me.... I'm forced to contact another fence company to fix his work.... It shouldn't take from August 10 to now... September 17 for a response from Eduardo, and the sad part about all this... he fully aware of this and chooses to do nothing about it, no returned call or a reply to my text messages. So those of you praising his work with 5 star reviews... maybe ask him if he took care of his other customers that are out $$$.$$

I ended up with an almost looked-like-new pergola, pretty happy. Jose was friendly, flexible, easy to work with, and his charge is very reasonable. With such a good experience, I asked Jose to come back again, about a week ago, on another project to reinforce the support for three balconies and two stairways of a 4-plex. Again, very consistent, Jose did another great job. Jose & myself, we both are very proud of the quality of the work. Also, Jose did it at a very reasonable price.
