Jackie's Cardio Sculpt is literally the BEST exercise class I've ever taken. Nina is so sweet in remembering everyone's names and is always finding new ways to challenge us in 1.5s. Courtney's Suspend classes are awesome. And Allie's Center and Balance are perfect for a gentle restore mid-week. I've found the classes to be the right mix of pushing you to give your all, but flexible to match your specific ability. There are always options given to make a particular move easier/more challenging and this is truly a no judgement zone. People of all shapes, sizes, ages, and genders are welcomed with open arms. I was extremely intimidated the first time I came, but that quickly went away when Sophia assured me I would love it (she was right!). If you're on the fence, give it a try.

I looked through the following and sure enough, Sandy follows this creator. Sandy completely took another instructor's flow, cue for cue. This makes me wonder what her training was like. If she can't create her own class flows, what is she even doing as an instructor?

Andrea was super welcoming from day one and continues to be the best with any pains I may have, questions about techniques, etc. Personal training with her is also great as she caters to your specific goals. I am in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to Andrea and P2. The studio feels like a family now and I love going to see everyone as much as the classes.

If there's a routine you can't do, you can do something similar such as squats instead of jump squats, etc. The new owner Luis is very friendly and welcoming! My fave classes are with trainers Jonathan and Brandie. I actually went to Brandie's class tonight - her playlist is on point!! I love how she always ends her classes with Linkin Park's "one more light" for the cooldown. She kicked my butt tonight - in a good way!

They get to know the members by their first name. Angelica does a fantastic job of cleaning all the machines making sure there aren't any germs for the members.she is always cleaning the floor and I feel safe working put there because of her. DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES -- BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING ANY AGREEMENT…read more After years of being a loyal member with no issues, I was suddenly charged an additional $19.50 fee with no notice or explanation. When I asked about it, I was told it was a "glitch in the system" that overcharges customers -- but that I'd need to talk to the manager to resolve it. To prevent future problems, I even put a new card on file. Before following up, I contacted my bank (Chase), and they confirmed there was no reason my recurring payment -- successfully processed more than 28 times -- should have declined. When I spoke with the manager (Andrew), he gave multiple conflicting explanations: first a system glitch, then a bank issue, then a declined card, and finally said he had no control because billing is through ABC Financial. When I asked how the issue would be fixed, I received no clear answer or solution. Instead, the manager became aggressive and ended the conversation by yelling: "GET THE F*** OUT, IT'S TOO EARLY FOR YOUR BULL****." Immediately, I asked again to speak with the owner or anyone capable of addressing the situation. I even reached out through social media. After one month, radio silence. Today, I received another notice: my card supposedly "did not go through," and there is no a $9.50 late fee and another $19.50 charge added on top. I'm genuinely disappointed. If the business needs to raise prices, be honest about it -- don't hide behind deceptive billing practices or "system glitches." I enjoyed being a member, but I can't support a company that refuses accountability, overcharges loyal customers, and treats them disrespectfully.
