I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with StretchLab Strip District has been consistently frustrating and marked by terrible customer service and communication.
This was not the first time I rearranged my schedule, showed up on time for an appointment, and either had to wait excessively or deal with last-minute cancellations. The final straw was arriving for a scheduled session, waiting for 15 minutes, and only then finding out the appointment was effectively cancelled because of their scheduling mistake. The staff response was completely unapologetic and dismissive. There was no serious effort to accommodate me until I tried to cancel my membership.
What makes this even worse is that these issues were recurring. In a single month, I dealt with cancellations due to scheduling errors, studio closures, and booking problems despite reserving appointments weeks in advance. The communication was disorganized, inconsistent, and reactive rather than proactive.
Even after acknowledging their "miscommunications and shortcomings," management refused to provide any meaningful resolution beyond offering credits for services they failed to deliver. Now I'm stuck with credits I do not want and cannot reasonably use because of their inability to honor appointments, yet they refuse to refund me.
The overall attitude from management was especially disappointing. Multiple requests to communicate via email instead of phone were ignored. Responses often felt transactional and dismissive rather than genuinely concerned with fixing the problem or retaining a long-term customer.
StretchLab markets itself as a premium wellness service. My experience was the opposite: unreliable scheduling, poor communication, wasted time, and management that only became responsive once cancellation and complaints were mentioned.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership here, especially if you rely on consistent scheduling or expect professional customer service. read more
