I enjoy the dark room, where they always play a movie. It makes my workout feel more private, & helps me regulate when I'm feeling overstimulated. I also like the outdoor weight area. Certain staff are clearly homophobic. Aria [overnight staff] has made threats to call police with no foundation whatever. Other staff issues surround Mariana and Astrid. I made an inquiry into 'staff friendliness' and about 'freezing my account' and was told a member would reach out to address the issue within 48 hours. More than 5 days passed with no resolution and my account was frozen without notice. I had to speak--cumbersomely I might add--to Christian [GM], and two other staff members before issues were adequately addressed.

The classes are challenging and addictive and always dynamically different each week. The week is distributed with classes targeting the same muscle groups on a weekly basis.
