They are a CrossFit gym but they also offer so much more from boxing, HIIT, yoga, kids classes, and a cold plunge and sauna. They offer all of the latest equipment and weights you can use. The schedule is very flexible as they have classes starting at 5am all the way to the latest at 615pm. They also feature a supplemental area where you can buy various pre workout drinks, electrolyte replenishers, and protein powder. They have two big areas for CrossFit classes and plenty of space to use the equipment. All of the classes I have taken there the coaching has been top notch. They really go over the correct form for the lifts and you are always leaving the gym sweating and feel you have had a great workout. I can't recommend this gym enough as everyone has been friendly and offers a great community and support for newbies. It is super easy to sign up for classes and the price is reasonable for everything you get and all the extra amenities that are offered.

I started at 2020 CrossFit not long after having my 1st child and am now 7 months pregnant with my 2nd, and the workouts have been perfect. The coaching, workouts, and the groups have kept me engaged and motivated. I've tried almost all the class times available and enjoyed working out with everyone there. The groups are so much fun and everyone is so supportive no matter what your level is. As my life goes thru many changes (adding kiddos), this place has been awesome for me and my family. Jon is a amazing coach, and pushes me to get better every time I step in the box. It's a great feeling to impress yourself when you attempt a new workout or lift a heavier weight.

I love this place…read more After almost a year of one-on-one personal training (see my previous review), I started going to the MWF morning small group training classes. It's a little more economical, I still get a great workout, and I get to do it with a group of really awesome people! What's not to love?! I love the flexibility that the MWF group classes offer. If I have an 8 am meeting, I workout from 5:30-6:30 instead of the 6:30-7:30 time. There is even an 8:45 am workout that is great if I have a day off and don't want to get up early. The workouts themselves are always different, so I never get bored. I also never know what to expect until Coach Heath writes the sets on the white board. He then shows us proper form for the first set, and then turns us loose. He's there to keep track of the time, make sure we're doing the moves correctly, and answer our questions. The "sets" typically consist of 5-6 exercises, where we do each exercise for 30 seconds until we've gotten through the set three times. Occasionally there will be a set that is at your own pace. There is usually a "finisher" too. I'm not sure where the name comes from, but you are D.O.N.E. when it's over. The prowler is aptly named, because it's difficulty sneaks up on you during those last 5 or so yards. I've also gone to the evening large group training class once or twice. The intervals there are for 60 seconds, which seem like an eternity when you're used to 30 seconds. Muay Thai classes taught by Bryan Carroll are a fun and challenging addition to the classes offered by SlinkFit. There is an additional fee for these classes, but they ROCK and are totally worth it! If you've read this far, you might be like, "Ok, sounds great. but I'm REALLY out of shape. There is no way I could survive one of these classes." I'm not gonna lie. It'll be hard, but all of the exercises can be and will be modified to your fitness level. All the trainers are great about showing modifications. You will be surprised at how quickly you build strength and won't have to modify as much the more you do the workouts. The other excuse people make is: "I don't want to work out in a group because I'll look stilly fumbling through exercises." The rest of the people in the group can barely see past their own sweat. No one is paying attention to what anyone else is doing. Promise. So quit making excuses, join a gym that you will actually use, get fantastic workouts every week, and meet new friends. You game?

However, it can get busy there and the hot tub chlorine does sting my eyes a bit. There is also a steam and dry sauna there (both men and women in there). Parking is also difficult to find close by with how many people go there now. The women's locker room was nice, but honestly I expected the showers to be nicer and more modern. We stopped by the cafe on the way out. I tried the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese had apples in it and had good flavor. However, the tomato soup just tasted like thick, sour, tomato paste. It was not creamy like typical tomato soup.

I am sharing the reason I ended my membership at Woodside: the conduct of the Director of…read moreMembership, Tara. From the beginning, her behavior consistently crossed professional boundaries and created an environment that felt more like a social hunting ground for certain male members than a wellness club. On multiple occasions, Tara suggested that I "needed" a male partner and even sent men over to approach me while I was eating or speaking with others--behavior witnessed by Woodside staff and other members. Even the bartender, Jake, acknowledged what was happening and told me I handled the situation well. This was wildly inappropriate for someone in her position. During a Woodside happy hour event, I was approached by a status‑level, older member who offered to pay me for sexual services. When I reached out to Tara privately to clarify that I was not seeking any kind of partner, she dismissed my concerns and insisted otherwise. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, she minimized it. Tara has also made negative comments about me to other members and spoken poorly about other guests in my presence. These patterns made the club feel less like a professional, wellness‑focused environment and more like a place where certain members are enabled and protected while others are made uncomfortable. My decision to leave Woodside is directly tied to my experiences with Tara. Prospective members deserve to know the culture being shaped by the membership leadership, and I strongly urge ownership to take these concerns seriously. I am prepared to provide further details if needed.

I've referred so many people to Body 20 however when ! canceled my membership with the general manager as my schedule didn't allow me to come in twice every week they continued to bill me $400/month. I had to call/text every month and had to wait over a week for a refund. For some reason 5 months after I cancelled they re-instated my membership without any notice or authorization to do so and charged me $400 twice and when I called to get it refunded they showed no urgency and after 5 days the $800 has still not been returned or even initiated on their end. The General Manager - Carson's response was "I recommend contacting your bank directly" however my local credit union has told me it hasn't even been initiated on their end. I should add that I have several years of banking management experience and the moment they initiate the refund and it processes in their system the receiving bank would see it as pending and the receiving bank could hold it for 3 days. I think Body20 is great however it's not a very affordable gym and would definitely use your discernment with their billing system as it has been a persistent issue and the staff is very attentive to you until it comes to billing or mistakes they made.

The list of unprofessional issues from day one is too long to write, however I think it is important for you all to strongly reconsider even attending a free class, let alone sign up with them. From the start they had issues communicating the costs, I went for a introductory class and thought, maybe I will sign up to get back into the swing of things. IT WAS A MISTAKE. They had a new person there and she had NO idea what she was doing and told me she had no training. She made a mistake on the contract that ended up charging me so much, they blamed me for a week, then said "opps" we see the issue. When trying to contact them, they don't answer, and they don't reply to the email. Then they say they have no control over certain things as it is 'corporate'. You can't call anyone, so you have to email them, and no one returns the emails. The trainers tell us that they can't have the air below 80 because corporate wants to save money... a few times it was so hot I thought I was going to be sick. The icing on the cake... get ready... I signed up with them because it was close to work and there was a class that I can make right after work. This Labor Day weekend, they emailed saying they are changing the evening classes starting Tuesday, and of course tried to use marketing lingo to spin it as being a positive for you, however it really comes down to that they don't have people to teach and babysit. They canceled the 5:30 class and moved the 6:30 to 6. This does not work with my schedule or my after-class responsibilities. I've asked to be released from my contract as they changed the classes that worked and was the reason I signed up, and they keep gaslighting me and saying I should come in early to stretch. They are missing the point. Blush is a joke, and needs to be held responsible for their changes in business and how it affects people who are paying a good amount to be there.
