First, let me say how impressed I was with their attentiveness to COVID changes in the industry. The place is well maintained and everyone is respectful of each other's space. The classes seemed pretty full but with plenty of room. There were a few folks who chose to use masks but for the most part, the rest of the gym stayed "Socially Distant". The locker rooms were well maintained and very clean. The equipment is a little dated and there is a short of plates for the free weight machines, but other than that, this place is solid. But beyond the workouts... it's the sisterhood that sets this gym apart. I've never experienced anything like the daily inspiration I get from the women here. I've built amazing friendships, and we cheer each other on, hard. The coaches? Absolutely amazing. They lead with both expertise and heart--always helping with form, motivation, and reminding you what you're capable of. Your "corner" in life is made up of the people who love, challenge, and support you. I'm lucky--my corner is bigger than I ever imagined. In fact, it's more like a triangle --filled with women who continue to add so much value to my life. Whether I see them every day, occasionally, or not at all anymore... whether we started off close or had to grow into our connection... I'm grateful for every single one of them. Even when I had to step away from the gym for health reasons for 8 months in 2023, they never stopped cheering me on--and I'll never forget that. I've been part of Delta for over four years now, and I can honestly say: this place, and these women, have helped shape me. I'm stronger for it--inside and out.
