They will direct you to their app to cancel... but there is no way to cancel in the app. There is also no way to remove your card. It will not matter if you call to cancel, show up in person to cancel, use the app, email, or any other form of communication.... they will not, or can not cancel memberships. Be carefull when dealing with this gym. I have reported them to my bank and had to cancel my card. If Daytona Fitness tries to talk you into freezing or suspending your account for a few months to stop payments, they will then hit you with fees that they do not tell you about. There are so many options in the area, pick another gym that actually cares. Daytona Fitness uses Peak Payment to process payments. I have AT&T and an unlimited data plan so I don't mind not having a good internet connection... but there isn't even good cell service! So my music is always pausing and I'm always searching for service to buffer the next song! It's incredibly frustrating as I am someone who needs music to workout. Overall though, for 15$ a month it's a great gym.
