The owner offered for me to use the outside backyard if I wanted to, guess that is a nice option to have, maybe for parking lot lunges. The gym is always clean, has some cool pictures on the walls which makes for a nice atmosphere. One thing I thought was cool is the magnet weights they have if you need to add a pound or so to any steel plate, never seen them anywhere else. Over all the gym is a little small however a good place to workout. For anyone just looking to stay in shape this gym will have evrthing you need. If you are a serious lifter this is a good 2nd gym to be a member of.

There is a serious mold issue in the men's locker room sauna area. I have now left multiple messages with Tyler who Is an owner and has his office in the Ormond Beach location. He sold me my membership and assured me they had the cleanest gym in the area. Attached are pics of a serious mold and nasty goo issue that the gym has been told about many times. There is no way that just mopping this will fix anything. They need to close that sauna, seal it off, and get a mold remediation company involved. I want to know what kind of mold is growing all over that sauna.

First: Ladies locker room The ladies locker room is exceptional and closer to the main desk. You won't have to go so far back down the hall. There are different areas for different needs. The dressing rooms are apart from the bathroom which are apart from the shower and sauna. They all meet up in the same room with an enormous mirror station. Oops, forgot lockers. Beautiful new up to date lockers. ****************************** Ormond Y Master's, Hydro4, Masters. Wellness center, discounts on programs. Especially if you are a member of silver sneaker. Group exercise, including Les Mills, basketball. They also have indoor cycling, a kid zone and more. I forgot the ladies locker room. It has a sauna, a steam room, showers and.changing areas. (This is the best part for me) they have hair dryers and close-up mirrors so you can put your makeup back on. Wahoo ‍ The only thing now is they're changing to their fall schedule and that is not out yet. There are no annual fees no contracts. Right now I'm doing water aerobics . Even though I cannot swim, I don't have any balance, and the starts from 4 ft which comes up to my neck up to way over my head. (I don't know because it would be the death of me to find out Oh and yes, hours are from 5am- 8pm Mon-Sat. No Sunday's I'm really enjoying myself ( I've gone 1 day) but had my pass for 2 years. It has a limited membership base so there is never a waiting line on whatever piece of equipment you want to use. This gym is small and not the easiest to access but it's in the same building as Pinch A Penny. Bring your own headphones!

The studio itself was nice, with a good selection of equipment--we used the reformer and springboards in my class, but they had lots of other options as well. While the Reformer 1 class was not as challenging as I'm used to in my home studio, I still got a good workout and left feeling energized for the day.
