Getting stretched is so beneficial because it moves my body in ways that I can't do myself. Afterwards, I feel limber and relaxed. Stretching also gives me more energy to focus on chores around the house. Recently, I've seen Jasmine several times and also Angie. Both are great practitioners! If new to the process or if you have other physical issues, I recommend taking the stretch lightly and go to a 3, maybe a 5, but not a 7, which is the max. My husband can only take a 5 due to his hip replacement and back issues. Even then, the stretches still help him immensely. I usually do a 5 or 7, but a 5 is still a really worthwhile stretch. There is an app to schedule and I can easily select my upcoming visits and schedule out months at a time. The monthly packages provide enough visits, with options to schedule 30 minute or 60 minute stretch sessions. The store is open every day with lots of availability from morning to late afternoon/early evening. I would definitely recommend giving Stretch Zone a try! read more

Overall, she spent an hour with me discussing their services, their rates/packages and stretching me. I met with Jared for my first session. He is awesome. He takes time to get to know your body and understand what your goals are. The stretches are meant to challenge you but not be painful. I felt like a new person when I left yesterday and have maintained that feeling to this morning. I can honestly say that after 2 sessions I feel my range of motion has improved. The concept of therapeutic stretching is awesome and thus new spot has a great setup! When you arrive you get warmed up by relaxing in a super sweet body massage chair. I was a little hesitant but it was Awesome! Then a consultant tells you about the therapy and the company. The stretching is done moderately and in a way that you get a balance of body parts worked on. The place was clean and had great energy and doesn't feel awkward at all. I recommend you check it out. I think there must be some new management here, I went in for a free 1-hour consultation yesterday and left a member. They had multiple options with pricing for most budgets (and all options are month to month.) I'm a stage iv cancer survivor and my battle back these last three years has been excruciating; the 1-hour consultation was thorough, included a significant amount of stretching and left me feeling a little bit less of my ongoing, never ending pain. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I dealt with the so-called general manager, Nick, who couldn't have been older than 20. He completely mislead me when explaining the different options, then 4 weeks later I'm hit with an auto debit. Thankfully I have a great bank that allows for disputes and prevents any future charges. I have called them multiple and emailed, no response. I physically went in and the guy was busy stretching someone so he called me back. He couldn't help me but said he'd have the district manager call me. Guess what, it's been 5 days and no call. read more

This was my first visit to a stretching studio. Nick, the General Manager, did my first session. He was excellent! Nick explained, in detail, what the process was, what the goals were, and in general made me feel very comfortable. I did not e a difference before and after, and experienced less stiffness in my problem areas the rest of the day. Honestly, I think you would get a better stretch by going online and doing a free 30 minute yoga session on your living room floor. There is nothing special or unique or proprietary about what they do. These are young adults who maybe did a massage certification or a yoga teacher certification or a personal trainer certification, but they are nowhere near to what you would find with the physical therapy assistant, and obviously not a physical therapist, or anybody with any comprehensive anatomy or physiology knowledge. They are just nice kids/young adults doing whatever the 'supposed' SZ proprietary method is. This is further elucidated by the fact that when you walk in, they may or may not stop talking to each other to look at or address you, they're playing the music loudly, things are not well maintained (carpets are stained, bathroom is dirty). Beware of the monthly programs, they will just automatically bill you and then it's impossible to get that money back. There's another review indicating that it's difficult to contact them. It's true, they have no voicemail, and sometime, no one answers the phone during business hours. Your best bet is texting, as they also don't answer their emails. read more

When signing up be sure to understand your commitment to this place. I was told you just need to give a 30-day notice to stop, nothing about still remaining committed to 3 months when we only went 30 days. So signup for the minimum as you are still looking at a longer commitment if you are not completely satisfied. Typically companies that provide an outstanding service do not put such a hefty commitment on their contracts if your product or service was that great you would not need to hold people to a contract they do not want to be in. I agree with another one of the reviews - there is nothing special about these services. You really would need more than 1-2 days a week to see any improvement. You will get more out of a yoga app and or massages. read more

This place is a rip off. They don't answer the phone, their app does not work, they do not offer any type of cancelation online. I bought a membership, but could never get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment. I went into the location and they told me to use the app to book. When I tried to use the app, it did not work. I went back to the location and was told not to use the app as it does not work. I then tried to book by calling the location, nobody answers and there is no store voice-mail. It simply says the number cannot answer at this time. I went back to the location and they told me they don't answer the phone because they are too busy, that I should ask for appointments through the confirmation text I received when I signed up!?!? So I said I want to cancel at which point they told me I would be charged another month because they have a 30 day cancelation policy. People, please be aware of this SCAM!! read more

0 stars. I wish I had seen the warnings on the Better Business Bureau before sending my husband here. Many MANY people have had the same experince. They are sneaky about their contract and when you get caught in the expensive trap there is no way out. The Paseo Verde location laughed at my husband when he grew furious upon realizing he had unintentionally locked himself into a $1000 contract. Of course there is no course of action we can take and not even a contact for the location's owner or a corporate help line. Absolutely the best thing you can do for yourself! On a scale of 1 through 10 I'm usually a 12 when it comes to pain and I've had restrictive range of motion because of it. My very first visit, my free stretch..i had immediate relief and was able to sit and stand without assistance. Each stretch has made me feel better each time. The practitioners know their anatomy.
