My goal for finding a gym was: 1) find like minded people 2) find a gym that cares about community 3) find coaches that care about alignment and proper technique 4) something close to my house so far this gym has exceeded all of my expectations, and not only that but it is a beautiful location with very clean bathrooms (the bathrooms have showers) The equipment always looks new and it's clear they keep up with maintenance Their classes are very wide variety on times and types of workouts, & They have a lot of cool events for the community outside of work outs

Being so busy I didn't complete the plan, but I lost 20 pounds then. 2 years later I joined again. I'm glad I did. My mindset has changed completely from 2 years ago.
